Driver pulled into two lanes ran my car into another oncoming car luckily they dodged me and I called the company mad and the secretary not only she didn’t care she hung up on me because she heard me cursing of course I’m shaking and mad and family almost lost our lives due the trucker reckless driving. I have video of his driving before and after and pictures I’ll handle this on my own since the owner couldn’t even help me with this situation

Just went down a street in South City. There was no warnings that the road was closed or any signs that there was work being done and a tree almost fell on my car when I asked why the road wasn’t closed. The gentleman said to talk to the other guy. Very unsafe

MTLS has done several jobs for me and my family. I recommend them to everyone who needs tree work.

First, their pre-consultaion is honest - no surprises. 2. They dont "upsell" you to cut more than you need. They actually told me that cutting too much would kill a tree. 3. If you only need a small crew, thats what they send. Need a crane? You'll get it. 4. They clean up the mess. They haul away all the limbs that the city wont pick up. No pile on your curb for weeks that you are responsible for.

Michael's Tree & Loader was across the street picking up some large downed trees and branches. I was amazed at how professionally and quickly he got it all loaded and the area cleaned. While he was not working for me, I still highly recommend his service.

The staff at this company are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and experienced. Also, the cost is reasonable. From the minute that I contacting them I was told exactly what would happen in removing such a large old tree. One of the staff members even talked to a neighbor to get clearance in using their driveway. My neighbors and I were truly impressed with their skills in cutting down such a large gum tree, the clean-up of the debris, and how a safe zone for traffic to freely move around the machines was set-up while the tree was being cut. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service and I plan to use them again in the future.

Debris fell off one of their trailers and damaged my vehicle. Then the manager who wasn't there, denied it happened and refused to share insurance information. Don't trust this company

🌳🌲We did not hire them directly but the City of Southaven hired them to come get rid of the tree debris from our cast off garbage heaps after the Ice Storm...they did a great job and took care of it when the City could not! Thank you!🌻
