These guys did an amazing job on my house. We had 20 windows replaced and was amazed at how fast they did it. Very professional install crews, sales was very straight forward no gimmicks or high pressure tactics , and all at a fair price, and the windows look great. For a job that requires quite a bit of mess getting old windows out, these guys left no mess when they were done and paid very good attention to detail on their trim detail work, caulking etc. They even replaced some of my rotted wood that they had to remove to get the old windows out which was awesome. If you have to get windows replaced, save yourself some time and headache and just go to these guys first

Don is very knowledgeable about Window Source Replacement Window products while not pushy. He has very reliable employees. They work at a very fast pace. While watching, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing & worked as a TEAM! We are extremely happy with our new windows. The new windows really updated the whole look of our house! Plus it seems a lot quieter in our house. We will definitely recommend Don & Window Source Replacement Windows to our friends & neighbors!

The five stars are well earned, very smooth process. Don is hands on, responsive and took care of everything from start to finish. The installation of the windows and the craftsmanship of his crew is impressive. The windows are high quality and the trim looks fantastic. The install crew was also super nice, worked hard, respectful of my landscaping, left every flower intact and the yard clean. Couldn’t be happier! We very much recommend!

I had 8 windows and siding installed today by Window Source of Memphis. I am very pleased with my experience with Window Source beginning with meeting Don Buchan, listening to his great presentation and working with his wonderful team of installers.

Don was extremely thorough, gave detailed information about the company and he went to great length in explaining every detail about the products. His presentation was so good I knew we would go with Window Source. I could've cancelled the other estimates I had scheduled but I felt I owed it to them to give them the same opportunity. I guess my mind was pretty much made up I went back to Window Source and happy I did. The product, the price and the service is hard to beat. Everything was on schedule and the finished product was exactly what was expected.

The installers were great they were friendly and very professional and it shows in their work. I will definitely refer Window Source of the Mid South to anyone that needs their service.

The installation was done very professionally, 15 in one day, and the customer service has been wonderful even when we've been idiots. Hugh (sales agent) spent time with us to explain every aspect of the windows (including the instal process). He was very thorough and kind.
Our installer, Steven, and his helper were very nice and thorough as well. They even made sure that the windows were SPOTLESS before leaving. They also cleaned up our site perfectly.

The team that came out was Terrific! They were fast, friendly, and very professional. The windows were replaced without issue on my older home. And before they left, I was given a tutorial on all functionalities of the new windows.

We couldn't have had a better experience with Don and The Window Source of Memphis, and are pleased to confidently recommend his services. After gathering quotes and a plethora of information through meetings with Home Depot (for Simonton replacement windows), Krone, Pella, and Champion windows, we moved forward confidently and excitedly with Don and The Window Source. His knowledge from years of experience in the field, eagerness to be helpful and informative to answer our questions in their entirety, quick follow up/responsiveness (we received a much appreciated, non aggressive "check in" call shortly after our visit), and clear communication were consistent from our first visit through installation and job completion. In addition, the windows were more aesthetically pleasing than others we considered, the construction was much better, and the price was lower. The Window Source is also a TVA accredited contractor, and to our knowledge, he was the only one of the companies we considered who were a part of this program. It demonstrated to us the quality, energy efficiency, and confidence of his work.

We chose the 900 series for our 23 windows, and are already enjoying not only the aesthetic improvement to our home, but also a great reduction in noise and of course, improved efficiency. The installation was smooth and professional, and we look forward to enjoying the windows for many years to come.
