Can’t say enough how pleased I am with Trey at TriStar roofing. Our insurance company was not very cooperative early on, despite clear evidence of substantial roof damage. TriStar exhausted all options and ,in the end, convinced the insurance company into a full roof and gutter replacement. All work and communication was done on a very professional level. The project was completed quickly and cleanly.

Can’t say enough about the great job Tri-Star did with our cleaning. We had a pretty messy driveway, front walk, back walk, and patio, and Don was wonderful to work with. He took the time talk with us about what he saw that was needed, made additional suggestions (but avoided the typical up-selling efforts salesmen will throw at you), and gave a reasonable price for completing the work. And then the work was done very well. He took the time needed to ensure the job was completed like a service should be done, and it looks great! Great work, good price, fair guy... We’ll have him back for future projects.

Kyle showed up right on time, even though the weather wasn't ideal—he worked through the rain without complaint and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very fair. It's such a blessing to find such dependable and hardworking professionals these days. We replaced the roof and siding on our detached garage, working with Dylan from start to finish. Dylan was very helpful and patient with us to make sure that we got just what we wanted. He did a great job of communicating with as throughout the process.

Dylan from TriStar Roofing did an excellent job. He took care of all details including a crystal clear report of the damages to the old roof, communicating with insurance company (which minimized our out of pocket) and nailed the job in one go. An A+ job from an A+ team. No hesitation to recommend them.

Dylan was great to work with. Everything was done on time and communication went very smoothly. They finished the whole job in 1 day on our 2500sqft house with tall pitch. Cleaned up debris and used a magnet broom to pickup nails in the surrounding area.

Very professional and customer focused company. Dylan came to the house soon after we spoke and provided a no-nonsense quote when others tried up-selling us. The work was completed in a timely manner and they even did some additional work to save us a few dollars.

I rarely write reviews. But I wanted to share my experience with Kyle and his crew from Tristar roofing. We have an older home with a new extension. The older part is a tear down, we just don’t know exactly when.
With that said the roof on the old part is in bad shape. A lot of issues with multiple past leaks ( with temporary fixes) and current leaks. When Kyle first came out, he assessed everything, and when I informed him that we were planning to tear it down. He gave me an honest and knowledgeable opinion on what he thought would be best for us. He did not try to sell us a whole new roof, although we desperately need one soon if we hold off on the tear down. Instead he gave me a fair quote on the current leaking areas.
A few days after Kyle came out we discovered a couple more current issues. So I contacted him to see about those also. He came out with his crew a few days ago and they addressed every current problem, and he did it all at a more than fair price.
The reason I really wanted to take the time to write this is because I know firsthand, after years of doing construction work here at the house, that it can be incredibly hard to find good honest workers. And Kyle with his crew were both.
I truly did prayerfully seek to find help and I am so very grateful that the Lord answered that prayer.
I would highly recommend Kyle!
