Emory and team were very helpful and resourceful, We had two different projects - one was a wood flooring and the other was backsplash for our kitchen.

Emory went above and beyond to consider our budget . The staff that came in for both the installations was also professional and punctual.

I would definitely consider City Tile for any future home improvements in the tile space!

City Tile is the only place to shop for tile. I did the Floor and Decor shopping when I built a home in East Tennessee and there’s just no comparison. Emory welcomed me, asked me all the relevant questions, made an appointment to measure my home for flooring and a backsplash and then assisted me in choosing the right flooring and tile in my price range. He knew my budget and didn’t go over it. On top of that he knew my time line and was able to magically make it happen. You WILL NOT receive that kind of service from a big box store. You just won’t. So go with City Tile. You won’t regret it.

We had an excellent experience using City Tile and Floor Coverings for our flooring needs as part of a remodel. Emory Kincaid was especially helpful with his product knowledge and follow up. We really appreciated his patience as it took a while for us to decide on what hardwood to put in. He ordered some samples for us to take home and he guided us through the entire selection process. Once our hardwood was ordered, everything happened right on time. He even came to our house and checked out the install job daily! Thank you Emory!

We would also like to thank Jose and his hard working crew. They lifted a lot of heavy furniture and expertly installed our new hardwood. They showed up on time and cleaned up each day after a hard days work.

We needed a new shower floor, ours was discolored and unsightly. Scott worked ith us on tile selection and scheduling install. Everything went exactly as expected, the pre installinspection, the work and after installation follow up was exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would use again for any floor or tile needs.

I have had nothing but a great experience working with City Tile. Starting with the Ladies who scheduled the measurement (Scott) for the small bathroom tile project…to going in to pick out grout color.

Pleasant, helpful personnel. Showroom is organized and clean. Chose 2 samples to view in home. Someone came to measure the next morning as scheduled. Took very accurate measurements. Haven't received a quote yet (Only one workday since measurements). Worth checking out if you're in the market for flooring.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with City Tile in selecting and installing my kitchen tile backsplash. Kevin took the time to show me the many tile, grout, and pattern options available to make certain I would be a satisfied customer. He came out to my house to ensure the correct measurements were taken and provided an estimate that afternoon. As soon as my supplies were in (about a week), he called to schedule the install for a couple of days later — Saturday at 10AM. Delorez and his associate were right on time and were professional and expert installers! They were very careful in moving my stove so as not to damage my hardwood floors. They cleaned up their worksite when they left - you wouldn’t have known that they had been here! Many thanks to everyone involved! Loving my tile!!

Andi at City Tile was remarkable to work with! We just needed a small scrap of carpet padding to finalize our insurance claim restoration & allow us to put our bedroom back together. Andi followed up with me when the pad was ready, and to my surprise she generously gave us the pad for free!! Additionally, the pad was cut exactly to size we needed, and only required me to trim the end to fit. We certainly appreciate her kindness, and she is the reason folks like to Shop Local. We needed some hardwood to replace the old one. Then I thought of City Tile in Murfreesboro. I had heard their good reputation from a lady who was their previous customer. We found the closest hardwood floor match at City Tile. There were many selections at the showroom. Scott Cicotte was our sales representative. He was very courteous and professional. From searching for samples, ordering to pickup, Scott had been contacting us with updates. It had been great working with him. Thank you Scott. Your service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend! Extremely thorough, professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job on my siding, privacy fence and walk way. Will 100% be using them again!
2020 UPDATE: Had them back again this year to clean my deck. Once again, outstanding work and service. We are definitely going to continue being repeat customers.
2024 UPDATE:
Tristar put on our new roof and once again, we received service that was second to none. Kyle walked us through the insurance process and Don was just awesome! Our roof looks incredible and the men putting in the roof were respectful of our home and when they left, you would never have known they were there! They cleaned up EVERYTHING! Once again, Tristar came through! Thank you!

This is an outstanding company! I can strongly recommend them for roofing and all the ancillary jobs that pertain to roofing! And, it was pretty much all accomplished in a single day... including clean-up. Had a whole house wash a week or so later as well. They made adjustments and improvements to my gutters. I told Trey that my "almost new" gutters weren't performing well. I showed him some videos on my phone and TriStar took care of it and now the gutters perform as they should. We had a series of strong storms in our region that left a trail of damage wherever they went. I saw the high effeciency and high quality of TriStar's work on my street as neighbors had their roofs replaced. While walking my Husky around our little neighborhood, I encountered Trey, a business representative for TriStar. We chatted and I decided to have an analysis of my roof and, of course, this was followed by an inspection by insurance company's inspector(s). All agreed there was a true need for this intervention. May I reiterate that this is a great company. I feel lucky to have found them. I also feel grateful that I found a company (and that especially means the people I dealt with), that in my estimation, is not only good at the work, but exemplifies integrity and honesty. TriStar offered a free roof inspection to begin with. I had no idea there was storm, primarily hail but also missing shingles from a recent storm. They were able to address my hesitation and any questions I had about the process and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate this company's honesty and integrity. Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with, professional and dependable. He let me know exactly when and where the shingles were to arrive and what to expect. They showed up on time and didn't miss a beat! I have since recommended this company to several friends.

I could not be more pleased with Tri-Star. We have owned our home for 12 years but this is the first time we have needed a roof replaced. Kyle and his team walked us through the whole process in the most professional way. They made it very easy and non time consuming for a busy homeowner. The crews were efficient and professional.
