I have been dealing with a different local pool shop in trying to get my pool under control. Came back from vacation to a green pool. I was spending 100. A week trying to get it blue again on their company's pool products..
Then I walked into backyard blue pools. Bought the similar chemicals algicide and shock. Got 2 more lbs of shock and spent $20 less.
Added the algicide along the perimeter by the time I got back to the start it was already clearing all the algae. By the next morning blue pool.
That's the difference between family owned and corporate owned. Results, saving the customer money instead of them coming back to buy more of your company's products to attempt to get results.
In the picture to the left was one hour after adding the algicide the right was the next morning less than 24hrs. you can see some green where I was unable to broadcast the algicide

Have been driving an hour plus to get to a pool store and this time I decided to try Backyard Blues. First time coming here and it was worth the try. Izarria was great help! I highly recommend!

Huge thanks to Backyard Blues for my pool construction! This is my third pool construction (but my first fiberglass pool) over the years of moving homes and I have to say I really dreaded the process. The last two construction projects, using different contractors, were not fun!
From the very beginning, Tyler was very easy to work with. He did what he said he would do, he showed up when he said he would show up, and he was very responsive. That alone sets Backyard Blues apart from a lot of other pool companies. Tyler was not pushy and guided us through the decision-making process helping us to envision the final product. His advice was sound, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. Overall, the project went very, very well, and Backyard Blues was highly impressive. No one can really say a project of this scope goes perfectly, and yes, we had a few hiccups along the way, but I can honestly say I am very, very happy that I chose Backyard Blues and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. The folks in the office, particularly Laryn and Kendall, were always very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Jared, in the Service Department, was also very professional and very responsive. I’ve starting on the maintenance program, and so far, so good! Overall, I believe it is a great bunch of folks and I’m happy to recommend them!

We bought a home with a pool already installed. We found out it was installed by Backyard Blues Pool. I contacted them and I spoke to Jeanne. She was incredibly helpful walking me through my control panel and setting the app up. I also came in and they were helpful teaching me how to care for the pool. They also came out for a visit and Mark showed me how to utilize my pumps and equipment as well. Top notch people and a top notch business. I highly recommend them if you ever need anything pool related.

We needed to replace our pool liner and went to Backyard Blues Pools. The lady that helped us, Jeanne, was extremely knowledgeable about pools. Not pushy at all. She steered us to the right liner based on what we wanted our pool to look like. Even showing us the faded version of the liners. So helpful! And they have anything you can think of for pools.

What to do when you have a green pool? You go NO where but to Backyard blues pool. After visiting 2 other pool places the only people that was invested as much as me were the fine folks at backyard blues pool. They advised me on what to purchase, and didn’t sell me stuff I didn’t need. I know people who have spent way more than me, and taken weeks to get their pool back blue. With their help and God’s grace mine only took a week to clear up. I will forever use them as my pool place. Thank you again Jeanne and Maddie! I am forever grateful for all your help.

City Tile did an excellent job from helping me select my carpet all the way down to installing it. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you City Tile for doing a great job.

City Tile does not disappoint! Each time they have worked on our home, they have been thorough, efficient, clean and professional. We couldn’t be happier with their work and customer service and look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

Tile selection is awesome. Customer service was ok reason trying to correct our bill. The tile crew did an awesome job but there was no clean up. The tile crew left cut tile in my yard, did not clean up my stairs where they walked. They left nails in our yard and even poured dirty tile water in my neighbors grass.. This all unacceptable. We are hesitant about using their crew again if this is their common practice.

Searched and searched across Murfreesboro for someone skilled enough, and available to perform tile repair in my shower after damage from replacing leaking pipes. I will admit after sharing photos and giving a description of what services I were requesting, it took some time to get a response from the initial rep I spoke to. But once I got connected to Bill and Randy (not the gentlemen I was first in contact with), the service, communication, and updates were superb! From the willingness of Randy to come out and look at my situation, to getting their process procedure and what materials are needed, to the introduction to their contractors, to Randy's consistent monitoring of the work and Bill's transparency of the pricing, to the straightforward scheduling and sticking to it, to the fair pricing itself (I received some WILD quotes from other bidders), it was a dream to work with this team. I plan to do a complete bathroom redesign in the future, and City Tile will be at the top of my list.

City Tile has a huge selection of flooring and tile both of which I purchased for my new construction home. They carried an engineered wood floor that was the perfect color that I couldn't find anywhere else in town or around Nashville.
Also, their customer service is even better than their products. The appliance company damaged a lot of our wood flooring while installing and city tile did an amazing job repairing/replacing boards. They also were able to repair an area where my cat damaged the floor at the entry door when trapped upstairs. They showed up the same day I called. I'm thrilled with the service received. I had the privilege of working with Ashton and Randy who are fantastic employees!!

Completed the work on our entire house--replaced carpet and retiled 3 bathrooms. The workers were all very efficient and worked quickly. The end result was fantastic!

I have purchased flooring on two occasions from City Tile. Both experiences were exceptional. Very helpful in the showroom, had flooring in stock that we wanted and very timely with installation. The installers were on time, very professional, did a great job and cleaned up when completed. I would highly recommend City Tile for your flooring needs.

Came to this place to get an estimate. When we entered the store, we were not greeted and 6 women were huddle together behind the desk with blank stares. We stood there for a couple of seconds before anybody greeted us and out of the 6 women only 1 did. As the other 5 huddled together to continue discussing something about Disney.
The lady that helped us seemed more confused than us on why she was there trying to provide us service. As we gave the information, she and the other women continued to just stare blankly and provided no response. As we all stared at each other in silence, she then asked some things about flooring like the floor plan measurements, and company flooring / style. After providing this information, she then stared at us again blankly with no response as if she was confused by the information provided. She then left the desk abruptly in confusion without any direction provided to us. Suddenly one of the Mouseketeers yelled "you're supposed to follow her!". As we were back there, the woman had no idea where any of the flooring options were for the company that we provided. She asked numerous times what the name of the style was and was provided that name at least six times before realizing it was not where it was. Once the woman found what we were looking for, she then again stared at us blankly and said she needed a copy of the floor plan and that they would not be able to give us an estimate at all as they were closing within 20 minutes. We understood we came before closing but did not expect to basically be swept away as soon as possible just because it was close to their closing time. As we were there. Another couple walked in and the mouseketeers decided to yell out, "We are closing soon!", and did not even attempt to help the couple that came in. She then took our information down and stated we will get to you once we have an estimate, but did not provide any information on who would be calling us or a timeline of when we would be contacted. Needless to say, regardless of the estimate based on the customer service we were provided, we will not be going with them.

I was so pleased with how professional and polite Randy was in securing my carpet today. He was very meticulous about his work and his passionate about it. I'm thinking about installing a backsplash in the future and will definitely check out City Tile. I will also refer City Tile to my friends.

I would recommend City Tile to anyone needing tile installed. We had a problem in our master Bath and laundry rooms and they stood by their work and made everything right. It is rare that you find a company that will back up their work like this. A first-class operation from beginning to completion. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was completed to our satisfaction.
