After some water damage as fallout from a winter storm, we couldn’t have asked for a better, more supportive team. Everyone we worked with at Southeast, from their mitigation specialists to their demo crews, down to Jeremy, Scott, and their production team and contractors were excellent. Top quality work and top quality people, which was awesome as we navigated dealing with a large home disruption while having a toddler. Thank you again, guys and we really appreciate all your hard work and couldn’t recommend you enough.

Southeast Restoration did an AMAZING job with my house. From beginning to end they made sure everything was done well and communicated great! Response time was awesome! Any questions or concerns I had, they handled great. Kevin walked me through everything step by step. Jeremy is the sweetest guy ever. He helped me with all of my design questions! I call them KJ!! They were definitely my peace during this sooo very stressful period. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about Southeast Restoration. We had to file an insurance claim from water damage. We had them do the mitigation and restoration. Throughout the whole process they were very transparent and communicative. Their crews always showed up on schedule and did a great job. They also really helped us get all the necessary upgrades from the damage by communicating directly with our insurance adjuster. I’d be lying if I said this was a quick process though. When dealing with insurance claims things don’t happen fast!
Everyone we met with from Southeast was great. We especially appreciated Kevin (our project manager), Jeremy and Thomas. I would highly recommend using these guys for your next project!

Darrell does a fantastic job educating his clients. He helped me out with a pump issue and was able to save me tons of money.

Do not pay this guy until your project is complete. We have had so many problems with this company, far to many to list. We are still trying to get things fixed for a project that was supposed to end last November. Worse of all our neighbors yard is now holding water because they stopped up an easement weeks ago. The pictures are me hand digging a drainage since the owner is now to busy to fix his own mistakes.

Darrell helped us with our in ground pool. I have heard many nightmare stories about pool companies but you won’t have to worry about that with Darrell. He is great at communication and managing his time. He explains in detail everything he does and answers all questions. We would highly recommend him.

My roof needed to be replaced so I called around and eventually landed on Integrity First to do the job. I am so glad I did. Going in, I thought a roof is a roof, is a roof, right? How different could it be from one contractor to the next? They went so far above and beyond making sure the job was right, and painting some old flashings, and cleaning up, stuff they never told me they would do The Clean up! Oh my gosh, they did such a good job cleaning up. I can't find a single nail or piece of wood anywhere.

I couldn't recommend anyone any more than I recommend these guys.

My 1965 Ranch home in Park Manor Estates in Murfreesboro Tennessee needed a new roof, as my three tab shingles from 2003 were worn out. We also suspected delamination in the decking. Corey was very upfront and honest and we made a decision once his guys remove the old shingles we ended up pulling up and replacing half the roof decking, 85 sheets of half-inch plywood. The other half of the roof had already been re-deck before from the previous roof installation they just did not nail down the plywood down good enough So his guys were able to re nail And salvage half of the roof decking. Corey’s crew was on time every morning and showed up the day they told me they would be there and they did an excellent job installing the drip edge perfectly reflashing my chimney and laying all the shingles in perfectly straight lines and cutting the hips and valleys straight as an arrow unlike most roofing companies. Integrity first was a little more expensive than the other companies I price shopped, but I’m very happy with their work... you get what you pay for with Roofing like any other trade. Lastly his guys cleaned up like they were never there after the job was over!

Great Roofing. After using another local roofer to replace our roof from storm damage, we ended up with nothing but problems. Integrity First came in and repaired the damage the other roofer left behind at a reasonable cost. I had to speak to receptionist several times throughout the process, and she is very friendly and always returns calls. Both the individual who came to give the quote as well as the individual who actually did the work were both nice and professional. I paid for the work AFTER it was finished, and I approved. I would recommend this company to anyone for good service at a reasonable price. The individuals who work here excel at customer service!

Korey and his team were excellent! Great communication throughout the process and an honest price. Crew worked very efficiently and left nothing to clean up. I would recommend this company for anyone’s roofing needs! Very impressed! Would say I’ll use them again but they have us covered with a 10 yr. Warranty!
