The guidance center in Murfreesboro is now under new management and has greatly improved services since the transition. Staff is polite and flexible. Providers are kind and supportive, and knowledgeable. I'm pleasantly surprised.

These guys are always helpful, prompt and courteous. From water testing, pump issues or installing new equipment, they have never let me down and always have done a great job. I reccomend them to all my friends!

Jared helped me get my cleaner working and it was way quicker than anticipated. He was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend and will continue to go there for my future needs

Incredible service from Jordan, Theresa, and their team. They've helped multiple family members and friends with pool services and all have been more than satisfied. Even with some issues that were totally outside of their control, they went above and beyond to resolve them. 5+ star service!

Jeanne is so kind and helpful every time I come into the store (Thompson Lane). She knows her stuff! Unlike the pool supply store chain that starts with the letter “L”. Never going to that place again!

Had my liner replaced by Carson and Christian. There were some issues with it getting installed but these guys remained professional and patient with me. Despite the difficulties that arose, these guys had my pool up and running asap. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Without fail , Izarna , has been incredibly helpful , patient and kind walking my wife Ann, step by step, through every pool issue she has brought in.

Backyard Blues Pools (BBP) did a decent job, at least they showed up which I cannot say as much for other pool companies in the area.
I am not sure why they put the thermostat on the exit of the heater as it was not installed that way before and it is not even connected to the heater. Something I am sure I will have to pay someone else to look at.

Word of warning. Do NOT get an estimate from BBP, rather make sure you get a quote. My bill was 165% of the estimate and that is after sending pictures and videos to show what was going on. Really disappointed in that.

Would I recommend Backyard Pools? You bet and here is one of many reasons why-
My 2 year old pool liner (installed by a competitor) developed some leaks toward end of season and Backyard Pools worked with me rescheduling my pool closing 3 different times while the leak detection company worked to get the pool leaks fixed) .
Back yard’s office folks were so nice and not a jeer, not a leer, not a negative comment, just a smile and a new closing date-awesome!!!

Finally Jason, a very knowledgable tech came last week and got the pool closed.
He did a great job and was very accommodating and a very nice guy.
I give a five Star without any hesitation.
If your pool company has a bunch of grumpy heads maybe you could give Backyard Pools on Memorial a try!

I would like to thank Maddie for her help on for recommending the 2 products I used to remove stains from my pool liner. She was awesome even writing out step by step instructions for me. Thanks to Maddie I have no more stains in my pool. You are awesome

Graeme has been a blessing and a great addition to the Backyard Blues team 2024. He's knowledgeable, good listener, and is able to use layman's language to explain/discuss technical chemistry challenges. He's good at his job and it seems like he enjoys the work -- which, in turn, is reflected in excellent customer service this year. Detailed notes beyond just the chemistry readings are added after each visit. Thanks Graeme, for your hard work.

Had a great experience today at backyard blues pools. Makiyah and Darrius are always there to welcome me with a smile and help me work through any problems that I have with my pool and are encouraging when things are going great. They have made my summer enjoyable knowing they are helping to keep my pool blue! Thank you!

Graham is the best pool guy! He was polite and went above and beyond anyone has giving my pool the attention it needs. He took the time to educate me and willing to make a special trip to have water tested. No one has cared like Graham has and it is very much appreciated. I do t want anyone servicing my pool but Graham. I have been a customer for 6 years and will continue being a customer with this type of care and customer service.

I love backyard blues pools!!!! Every time I visit I'm greeted with a smile, good banter, and positive vibes. Jeanne has helped me work through so many pool problems and I am so so grateful for her expertise and support this season. I knew I loved this store last season, and that's why it was my first place to go when I opened my pool this year and will continue to be my go to pool store for years to come!!!

I get my water tested here almost weekly. Jeanne and the rest of the employees are always pleasant to work with.

I had a green pool and tried several methods to figure out what was causing the issue from shocking to metal removal products for high copper. Jeannie helped tremendously without being high pressure about selling any product! Definately the place to go with pool issues!!!
