This pool place is simply amazing. I had a leak at the pump and they asked for pictures so they would know what parts to bring. Upon looking at the pictures they told me over the phone something I could do to stop the leak. It worked! They saved me a lot of money by just being good people. I highly recommend this place for all your pool needs!

The BEST in the area!!! I drive 45 minutes to maintain my pool because of the their customer service. They restored and in ground pool on a 30 acre repo that I am restoring and the results couldn't have been better. Jordan and his family have the CORRECT business model, polite, friendly, responsive, and exceptional work and product. You can find cheaper but you will be just another brick in the wall in those places, not at BYBP!!!! Money doesn't come easy and when I spend mine, it goes to those businesses that actually care about the customer. Love ya Jordan and Theresa and Mom, keep up the good work!

My pump went out under warranty 1st week of swim season and everyone I called was 6 weeks out. Backyard did everything they could do to squeeze me in and get the problem fixed ASAP. Great service above and beyond. Won't use anyone else.

Backyard Blues has been amazing! By far the best in the boro! Our pool was looking rough and I contacted them. Had somebody here with almost 30 minutes! 5 stars all the way from the service to the staff!!

The owner and workers at Backyard Blues Pools are absolutely awesome! I was having so much trouble getting my inground pool to clear up. They were so willing to help and were so very patient with me! If you are having trouble with your pool...please go see them! They are some of the nicest people you will EVER meet!

We have been using Backyard Blues Pools for several years to service our pool. We called this morning to get our pump serviced and they came out the same day. Not only did Montana, service our pump, he killed a SNAKE while moving our float box!! ABOVE AND BEYOND with the customer service! Thank you Montana and Backyard Blues Pool!!! Ever so grateful!!

Just want to thank the guys, I believe Mark and Jacob, that opened up our pool for summer. They had a lot of work to do to get it clean again and I appreciate their effort. Also appreciate the office staff always on top of scheduling and promptly getting back to me with answers. Jacob and I talked about needing a new liner and I agreed so I’ll need to schedule that for the fall season. Thanks for all you do to take care of us!!

When my go to pool “professional “ let me down when I needed them the most. I called backyard pools for help. I had a major leak in my pool and didn’t know the source. A very polite and concerned associate of backyard pools referred me to professional pool leak detection companies in the area. My previous pool company basically just said “we don’t do that” and that was all. No recommended places to call on. Just sorry , no help from us! Thank you backyard pools for your concern and professionalism. My pool leaks were detected and repaired within 3 days!! I will be using you as my new pool service in the future.

I can’t say enough about Backyard Blues Pools. I go to the Old Fort location and Joanne and Darius have been so helpful to me as a new pool owner and not knowing anything about it. They would be so patient in instructing me with chemicals or upkeep on my pool. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been with backyard Blues Pools since 2021 and there are different reasons why I like BBP.

First, it was my many interactions early on with the owner Jordan that left the impression that he cares about the customer. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you equipment and services you don't need. He has assembled an outstanding staff that makes you feel more like family than a customer.

Second, it is because of the service technician Mark. His experience and expertise in what he does is very impressive. You are left with a feeling that when he leaves, you know the job was done right. He has no problem explaining exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. The openness to educate and include the customer in the process of his installation/repair or maintenance of the customer’s equipment is refreshing. He is also is someone that takes pride in his work. That’s a quality that is lacking a lot in today’s service industry environment. He is an asset to this organization and needs to be commended.

Third, there are two more of the BBP staff that also need to be commended. They are Libby and Joanne from the Old Fort Parkway location. It is my preferred location to interact personally with staff and that is solely because of them. They are both amazing people who go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable and important and they do it easily. That is what makes it so genuine. Personable, engaging, informative and caring are just a few words that come to mind when wanting to describe their performance. They always have a smile and a kind word. You leave that location with a smile every time.

Since I began using BBP, I have since had them fix a plumbing leak on my return line, install a much needed new liner, a new LED light, a new deep end ladder and replaced the sand in my sand filter. They also are now doing all my openings and closings.

From the beginning, they have been a tremendous help in educating and encouraging me in learning about my pool. Backyard Blues Pool Service is reputable and the best around to help you with everything you and your pool need. You can expect nothing less than great customer service, quality work in every area, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable employees. Thanks again to all of you. You have made owning a pool a pleasure.

Friendly, affordable, overall great company to work with for my pool! I knew nothing about a pool until I bought my house that has one. Jordan came out to evaluate and walked me through how to care for it. The team has been there every time I have questions or need assistance....which is a lot for this pool newbie! Bi weekly maintenance with them keeps everything perfect!

Wow!! I am extremely impressed 😃 I called to see about having someone come out to check and service my in ground pool. Honestly I thought I would be told it would be a month or so, but to my surprise Heather said she would get me on the board for the next week. I will Up Dated my Review after they come out. So far I am Highly impressed and the Customer service on the phone is Out Standing 😉👍
UP DATE: Again I'm impressed and now I'm a Regular Customer🤗 All of my pool issues have been fixed, plus it did not cost an arm & leg. Today 12/15/2021 I had my pool closed down for the Winter and scheduled the date for the pool to be opened for the Summer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Backyard Blue Pools, I promise you will be a Very Happy Customer😉

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Backyard Blues Pools. I had called every pool service in Franklin for assistance with our pool, to no avail. I was referred to Backyard Blues by another company. The representative initially took my information, stated they could fix it, but it may take weeks, as they were very busy. Theresa, another representative, called back just a few minutes later, requesting pictures. She and her technicians squeezed us in the NEXT day, with no obligation to do so. The technicians completed the job (that everyone said was impossible) in less than an hour. It looks AMAZING!! Thanks again!

They did an amazing job building our pool this year. The customer service was better than any I have dealt with. Constant updates and very quick to answer my questions. The pool and decking look absolutely amazing and better than what we could have imagined.

Eh they're ok. Just had my pool opened & the water was pretty low so they said they'd come back in a few days to check on it after the water reached the appropriate level. No note or email when they came back so not sure what they did. Maybe I'm expecting too much for a pool opening but putting on a ladder, throwing some chemicals in & folding up the cover doesn't seem worth almost $400 when I started the pump, put the skimmer baskets back in etc.

Edited to add: I'm not saying not to use them, I just won't because I think they lack communication. I like details. I like to know what you did & why. When they opened the pool, I didn't get an email saying they would be back or what they did so I called to see if there would be a follow up visit. I did get an email after the follow up visit was completed a few hours after I posted this review - maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

They installed our vinyl liner last year & did a great job but there have been too many little things here & there the last 2 years so we are moving on to a different company.

We had them put a new liner and salt cell in our pool and they did a fantastic job!! They are very nice people to work with. You have questions they have the answers! They are very detailed in their work. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work on our pool. We would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you Backyard Blues Pool.

I needed a new pump for my pool installed and the service was top notch kudos to Blake for a good job I would use them again.

After years of being unhappy with my pool contractor over calcium issues and the oxidation of my pool that came with it, we decided to wash our hands of them and entrust Backyard Blues Pools to make my pool beautiful. Best decision ever! We went from not being able to enjoy our pool because of the ugliness from the issues we were having to absolutely loving the beauty from the tile work that Backyard Blues Pools did for us! They are great and we use them for everything now! Highly recommend.

Ms. Joanne is the best. She has been my MVP for the last three summers guiding me to a crystal clear pool.
