I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pool for all your pool maintenance and service. Recently, I had a pool liner emergency. It was scheduled to be replaced next year, but water began leaking under the liner. I called BBY and they immediately responded. Everyone was over-the-top helpful, friendly, and professional, and my unscheduled liner was installed. I am so impressed with all of the BBP employees. If you have a pool, or considering installing one, I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pools. They are simply the best!

They have been there for us all along the way in setting up our first pool and are willing to spend whatever time needed to answer all questions. We have truly made some new friends. We purchased our Polaris pool vacuum from Back Yard Blues 2 years ago during their Polaris Days. Guys, if you haven't bought one of these vacuums and you have a pool, you need to contact them immediately! I haven't had to clean my pool once since we purchased ours. No more hooking up a long hose to the skimmer and manually vacuuming your pool. I now get to spend that time actually swimming in my pool. We wished we had purchased it much sooner than we did! Run, Don't walk!

Shout out to Graeme Hogg who services our pool from time to time. Just met him for the first time a few months ago and he has been at my property several times. He is very knowledgeable and great to talk with. In addition, he always does a great job cleaning our pool and seems to take great pride in what he does.

From the planning stage to installation until the day the guys loaded up all their equipment and left for the last time. Our experience couldn't have been any better. We were always kept informed as to what was going on. They finished the job in a very timely manner. They always cleaned up when they left. We couldn't be happier with the result and can't wait to enjoy our pool this summer. I would highly recommend using Backyard Blues Pools!

I had an emergency with my pool and where I was told by another local company that “we won’t be able to get to it for weeks”, Backyard Blues came within days. Jared was extremely helpful and I so appreciated the calls updating me on the status and letting me know the night before when the technician was coming out. Outstanding customer service! We bought a house with a pool almost 4 years ago and Backyard Pools has been comin out monthly to maintain it for us. Today Graeme came out and I happened to be home. He took time out of his day to show my all of the things they do when they come out and how to maintain it myself. He was so patient with my questions and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand!! I would not trust my pool to another company!!

As a new pool owner I was referred to Backyard Blues Pools (in Murfreesboro, TN) through my real estate agent. I used “blues” for several cleanings and general maintenance during the season. Just now, October 30, 2024 I had Mike and Mark come to close the pool for the season. Both gentlemen were polite and efficient. They offered verbal instructions for using my pool. I have already scheduled my opening of the pool for the 2025 season. Their professional attitude and workmanship is greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend their company for your pool needs.

Backyard Blues has been exceptional in helping us with this first year of having a pool. Joanne in the store helped me get my water right (it kept getting algae). They sent Mark out to look at our equipment and redirect the circulation in our pool. Mark looked at all of our equipment to make sure it was working properly and took the time to explain how it all works and what I need to do and look for. Mark is very knowledgeable. I hired Backyard Pools to come out, clean, and open my pool. When I got home, my pool was drained down to the bottom of the skimmer line, the walls were dirty, and the water was cloudy with stuff still on the bottom of the pool floor. My wife called the company, and they stated they do a light clean. No sir... You didn't clean my pool. please do not use this company for opening a pool. My next-door neighbor used a different company, and their pool looks like a resort pool; it's so clean and perfect. I am so disappointed with backyard pools!

Backyard Blues Pools took a bad situation and made it WONDERFUL!! We needed a new liner due to extensive winter damage. Initially the project timeframe was mid-July. During this time, Mother Nature continued to damage our pool. I envisioned a major repair. Theresa at Backyard Blues Pools did an amazing job of easing our mind and assured us that all would work out and the finished product would be beautiful. In late May she called to let us know they made arrangements to start working on the pool. Joel came out and did a fantastic job of making our pool look brand new. His years of experience and knowledge was obvious. Theresa stayed in touch throughout and the final cost was less than I expected based on the damage that had occurred. We were told what was being done and never felt like there was any "upselling" going on. The finished product is just like Theresa assured us - it is beautiful!!

From their water testing and spot on chemistry recommendations, to their awesome opening/closing services, we have been so impressed with their customer service. Joanne at the Old Fort location is absolutely the best. If you have a pool or hot tub and haven’t been to Backyard Blues Pools you have not experienced true customer service.

No high-pressure sales tactics…no convincing me to purchase chemicals I didn’t need. They listened to my problem and very quickly found the solution!
