Constraction reviews in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

840 inspections was recommended by my realtor for a new property in Spring Hill at Wilkerson place. As a home buyer, I was not sure how the inspection works and did not realize the value of getting an inspection done before a final walkthrough for a new home. I was physically not present during the inspection but was represented by my realtor. I must say I was really impressed with the detailed report and home inspection video (which I was not expecting). Chris did an amazing job with the inspection and caught things that would have left unresolved by the builder. Even the builder’s project manager was impressed with amount of details that Chris had in the inspection report, he did indicate this was far best report he has seen in the recent past. 840 inspections were prompt in communications and were at the site as per the schedule. You won’t go wrong or will regret taking services from 840 inspections. I recommend Chris and 840 inspections. Thank you Chris for the wonderful report and your professionalism. All the best for your team..

I was very impressed with the quality and detailed, descriptive presentation of the home inspection process and the report!
Jeff was great! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me!!!!

840 inspections was amazing to work with. They explained everything clearly and the pricing was fair! Chris did our home inspection and was very detailed. He sent an inspections report and a video explaining exactly what he found. I will for sure be using them with my next purchase and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

Jeff was great to work with. Very through and knowledgeable. He took quite a bit of time explaining the details with me. I'm very impressed.

Very good experience. They were thorough, detailed and reasonably priced. They responded quickly and we had our inspection report within 24 hours.

Our experience with 840 Inspections far exceeded our expectations. Their responsiveness was almost immediate. Not only did they provide a written inspection report, they also provided a video explaining areas of concern. We are able to schedule multiple inspections… Home, Septic, termite, radon, and pool. All through 840 Inspections. They made the process simple and seamless. In addition, they provided cost estimates for recommended repairs. Lastly, they provided a “Home Binder” which we now use to store all important documents for our home, such as mortgage, product, warranties, routine, home, maintenance schedules, and so forth.

Chris was great! His inspection was very thorough. Also we appreciated that he explained everything.
Highly recommended !

Jeff was punctual to the home inspection appt, and did a very thorough job. As the potential buyer of the house, I was there in the house for the entire duration of his inspection. Anything he thought I should know, or anything I asked about, he gave me a straightforward and thorough explanation.

I'm not sure if it would be technically classified as "multi-unit" property, as it was the same address, but it was a ranch house with a basement apartment/mother-in-law suite.
I was impressed with Jeff's very thorough inspection, with pictures of everything listed on the inspection report. He indicated whether something was good, recommendations were in order, or something was a safety hazard and needed to be addressed promptly.
Thanks, Jeff!

Chris was extremely thorough with the inspection and provided a very detailed report with a lot of pictures to help explain each point in the report.

This company did a fantastic job, was extremely thorough, and very prompt with the report. We will never use anyone else, they have our business for life?

Chris did an excellent job inspecting our house. He has an eye for detail and was extremely thorough. If I could give him a 6 star review I would.

840 Inspections is a great veteran owned company! Taking care of other vets and ensuring exceptional work! Would recommend to anyone!

Jeff was great! He was super thorough and took the time to go over the report with us and answer all of our questions.

840 Inspections were able to accommodate my inspection request quickly and with no hassle. Christopher showed up early, set clear expectations, and worked steadily to get the job done quickly. He was thorough, knowledgeable and personable. The report was easy to read and digest. I would definitely hire 840 again and recommend them to anyone considering a home inspection.

Wow, that inspection was amazing. I would have never thought that there would be so many things on a new construction and I really appreciate the level of detail that was put into it. I particularly liked the video explaining everything. I went into it thinking that inspections are just something you have to do in the home buying process but after seeing this I really see the value in it and feel like I got my moneys worth. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience!!! We booked an inspection online for our new build, and are honestly very impressed with the level of detail provided to us in the inspection report. They also included a video which helped break down everything in simpler terms. Highly recommend 840 Inspections (:

Great inspection done by 840. They were able to fine multiple issues that caused concern. Would highly recommend this company if you are purchasing a home and need a no-nonsense inspection.

Jeff was incredibly professional, helpful, and insightful. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. My family is appreciative that a business would put the moral economy of clarity and integrity over the market economy of just making a quick buck.

Had a wonderful experience with Christopher and 840 Inspections. He was thorough with his inspection, communication, and finalized report of the home. Wonderful company that we couldn’t be more thankful to do business with!

Responds quickly - form or calling to schedule/receiving a quote. Great prices/packages for inspection that prevents you from going through several vendors for various inspections. Went over inspection at home once completed for any questions I may have had/concerns. Received digital report same day.

840 Inspections is one of the best inspection companies out there! Their team is not only kind but also excellent at communicating, ensuring that clients fully understand their reports. 840 Inspections consistently goes above and beyond to assist my clients, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them!
