Chris R was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his approach to the inspection. Although he was not able to examine certain parts of the house due to factors outside of his control, he made significant efforts to provide a comprehensive assessment of the areas he could inspect. He was approachable and took the time to address my questions.

Very smooth process. I booked the service on line. Service options and prices were clearly laid out and appointments were available within a few days. Paid on line and received good communication- both confirming and reminding me of the appointment. Very helpful digital copy of the written report with photos. Also I appreciated the great video the technician Chris put together to walk thru the highlights of the report and provide additional commentary. Overall I’m very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Chris and the 840 crew!

⚠️ Avoid this electrical company. They don't even have "electrical" listed in their services below. They leave behind failed permits and refuse to make it right. Then they claim “no entry” when no notice was ever given to 3 different addresses.

I didn’t even choose them Meritage Homes did almost 5 years ago and now homeowners are paying the price.

This is the same issue being covered by NewsChannel 5 Nashville: homes built with attic fire hazards and no one stepping up to fix it.

Unacceptable.

This company doesn't even deserve one star! My disconnect box just failed again for the second time. They got their men out there cutting wires off of the cable so they can fit into their areas which is no no no. And they knowingly installed over 200 disconnect box in my community knowing they were wrong! Now here we are 5 years in fires are popping off in the homes because of their neglects and they haven't learned their lesson! The community is now going to be involved in how we can sue because they are putting people's lives & homes in hands way - they legitimately know about it and they don't care. This is one of the most neglectful companies I've ever come across stay away!

The Romanoff technician came out to inspect an electrical issue with our dryer, which hadn’t been heating for over a month. Although the manufacturer confirmed the problem was due to faulty home wiring (installed by Romanoff), the Romanoff tech insisted it wasn’t their issue. After the visit, the dryer mysteriously started working again, meaning the tech likely fixed the wiring without admitting fault. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading information make this a 1-star experience.

I paid them to fix my flood light and it’s still not fixed.

Responded quickly to electrical emergency. Assessed problem and efficiently fixed the issue. Polite and empathetic electrician.

Installed HVAC - locked freon and did not provide us with a key. Did not tell us it was locked, and had no idea what we were talking about when we called.

Brad came out on service call on our new home that did not have power to the kitchen island outlet and a non working doorbell. He isolated the outlet problem, found another outlet that had been covered by drywall in the kitchen area and uncovered it, fixed the doorbell and relabeled electrical panel box to correctly identify the breakers. I was impressed with attention to detail!

Robbie was a true savior, he attended our call for a sub-panel breaker failure at 2 o'clock in the morning and was very prompt. He was understanding enough that we had a small baby at home and provided quick, efficient service. I never heard of this company before today and was hesitant to use their services but found everyone, right from the customer service rep to the technicians, very helpful.

Just now getting around to reviewing this since we’re still in the process of trying to get our doorbell fixed. Our lennar rep contracted Romanoff to come and fix a wiring issue rendering my ring doorbell useless. Not only did the tech not arrive until 3 hours after the scheduled service time (close to 7pm) but he broke my replacement ring doorbell, fried the chime and the wiring, and only shrugged his shoulders and said, “I think I broke it. My bad dude.” And left. A second tech came out and the wiring worked for approximately twelve hours before failing again. Looking to try again this upcoming month and dreading the appointment and having to take a day off to deal with this issue for a third time. Just an added grievance, but the original tech used my restroom and made a mess and left his “business” without flushing. If we didn’t have to go through this company per our warranty through lennar, I wouldn’t.

As other reviews have said their guys have no idea how to drive. Truck #254 is all over the road (probably on his phone) slamming in the brakes randomly, no turn signal ever, literally going 20 in a 40 and slowing down 2 football fields before his turn. I don’t think I have seen someone drive this poorly in a LONG time! Wild!
