Rob was wonderful to work with. He took the extra mile to get my business. He was very responsive and I appreciated the communication from him. We had rather a large project - wood floors downstairs sanded and stained and then tile ripped up in kitchen and laundry room and replaced with wood floors. Rob had his team come out and sand down a section of our floors and put different stains down so we could choose. Great customer service. We had several quotes and Freds flooring was the only one who offered to do this for us. We were on vacation while our house was worked on and Rob updated us and sent pictures. We REALLY appreciated it. Again communication was top notch! As with any large project there were a few things that needed to be fixed and Rob again was very responsive. His team Fixed everything that needed to be without any question. I will be calling them again on our next project!

Choosing flooring is overwhelming - there are SO many choices but ultimately went with Mohawk, RevWood Plus in "Mineral Oak" - laminate floor.

We acquired an older untrained dog, who agro-pees - our carpet was 20 years old and we could no longer steam clean out the smell.

We got many quotes, but ultimately went with Fred's Flooring due to our sales rep Michael. He was not pushy, just informative and respectful of all needs and costs. He helped us find an in-stock, beautiful WATERPROOF 💦 floor that was installed within maybe 5 days, so right away we were impressed!

Their installers are top notch, they bring the wood and install it as well, we picked up the shoe molding ahead of time and painted it here so it was ready to go for them. They did it all in one day! 815 square feet, 10A - 8P tirelessly putting down every board with precision. They were joyful and really cared about our home and that we were happy. Thank you to them!

All throughout our process Michael kept us up to date. We had a wee overage and will have Freds out again to do our upstairs bathrooms. We just love the floors.

Michael saved us a ton of money because the flooring was in stock but too, on kitchen counters! I didn't like them before, but they now match the new floors and we have floor the dog can't wreck and don't have to have service master out each quarter - kudos!

PS: I learned this today years ago, not that it's a problem now but we'll put the dog in the laundry room when we leave for a few hours :)

Fred’s Flooring did our bedroom/closet hardwood installation today…this is the second time we’ve used Fred’s and they are awesome! They did everything they said they would do…showed up on time…cleaned as they worked and did a great end of job cleanup…the installation crew worked non-stop until the job was completed! The process was so easy and our sales associates were so informative, they really knew their product and offered excellent advice in assisting us to pick it out. Our installation people showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in the same day. We had no small job either.

I started out by visiting the showroom for some ideas on LVP vs laminate. The office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which flooring was best for me. They have a ton of brands and colors to choose from, and I was able to take several large sample pieces home before making my final decision. The installation crew was great- they arrived on time each morning and worked quickly. I’m very pleased with how my new floors look.

GNC got by my job site, got me a competitive quote, and had the work complete within a week of my phone call. Top notch work!

Got a wife, two kids, and 2 dogs. I thought I could do everything around the house from plumbing to carpenting, one day I decide I want an outdoor fireplace near the pool. Thought I'd do it myself with the help of some friends, I could not. The wife finally made me throw in the towel and I regret it but GNC set me up right. Fireplace is gorgeous and I can cook marshmallows, drink hot chocolate, and stare at it for no reason from a few yards away perfectly. In the future when my wife knows I can't do something I'll call them up again regardless of how capable I think I am. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff and the crew were very professional and courteous. The crawl space was a mess but they turned it into a new home like insulation install. The pricing was very competitive but I highly recommend the company.

Jeff, Dale & their crew did an excellent job. I’m so happy with the spray foam in my attic & have already noticed a drastic difference in temperature throughout my house & attic. Work ethic & attitude is always something I look for when hiring someone.
