After I called three different electricians and left a message with no response, Brooks Electric called me back within 24 hours. Brent came out and changed out a light switch that controls all our outside front porch lights. He came at the time promised, and only charged us for the part in addition to the service charge that was disclosed up front. We definitely will be using Brooks Electric again, and recommend them.

Moved to the area 7 yrs ago and Brooks was suggested to me for some electrical work and I’m still using them today. They are a top notch company with good customer service, fair prices and don’t ever feel like they are trying to get rich off a job. Will not use anyone else in the area. They have installed our charging station in our garage for our car and our power in yard for pool .

Once again, I received excellent service by Brooks Electric LLC, replacing a dimmer switch in my dining room. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Brent actually came two days prior to my appointment which was great since I couldn’t use my dining room light. Other members of my family are also using Brooks Electric LLC. Highly recommend them!

We needed five light fixtures assembled and installed. We were referred to Brooks Electric by Ferguson’s where we purchased the light fixtures. The installation process was fantastic! The installer was very patient, assembled each light fixture and made sure they were hung at the correct height. Price was very reasonable. Excellent job!

Brooks and his team are awesome. Fair prices and fast service! Customer service was great! We had a 24hr window of install so I could return my new stovetop for defects or damages (if needed) after Lowe’s delivered and they coordinated with me perfectly. Easy communication and confirmation via text, which I appreciate. The techs were quick and very professional. They cleaned up quickly and also took my old stovetop for proper disposal. I’m already working on getting a quote for my next project!

Absolute professionalism! Robert Brooks and his assistant were on time and provided excellent service! He installed two new outlets, a ceiling fan, doorbell transformer, and chandelier. All was done perfectly. We will rely on him from now on!
