I want to share my experience. The gentlemen came to my house were very nice however the quality was terrible and the price was extremely high. For two outlets it was $225. They did repair one cover the covers are a dollar at Walmart. I never got an invoice I have no idea what the charge was for I paid Venmo and the outlet they were place sunk in about probably a 16th of an inch. So badly that I could not even use the bottom plug. I would highly suggest going with Brown Bear Electric out of Mcminnville Tennessee. They came over, fixed the fire hazard that I asked Eubanks to fix but the gentlemen were too large to get through the hole. Brown bear came out to fix the outlet they messed up plus the fire hazard I called about in the first place for $86. Brown bear electric is where it is at.

Years ago the owner, Dewayne, contacted us and asked to co-sign for an employee to move in to one of my fathers properties. It was unusual but since it was Eubank Electric we agreed. It was the weekend and he asked us to meet him Monday for him to sign the lease but the tenant needed immediate occupancy. That was our fault and a lesson we learned.

Of course, he never would sign and his employee was the worst tenant in almost 20 years of real estate experience. Cost my father over $10,000 thanks to Dewayne. We learned a valuable lesson and it never happened again. But whatever you do don’t trust Dewayne.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’m not one to leave such a negative review but.... I have never experienced a more unprofessional company. Joey was in contact with my husband for over a month gave us a quote and then just ghosted. When my husband reached out the second time he said his wife was in the hospital. Understandable, but when we asked when he would be coming out to do the job he told us they would be out the next Monday. Okay, Monday came we decided to give them some time maybe weather pushed them back or something. Then weeks after that my husband reached back out first asking how his wife was maybe thinking that she was back in the hospital, he was quick to respond to that but when he was asked when they were coming out for the job, once again we Never heard back. So I called the office, spoke to Derek who said he would ask Joey about the situation and call back the next morning to get us on the schedule. When I never heard back, I called them again where he said he spoke about it to Joey who said that our names didn’t ring a bell but that he would be calling us to get us on the schedule. Never heard from him.
If you want someone reliable to come do a job for you and stand behind their work this is not the company you are looking for.

I have worked with these guys for the past 7 years on every new construction project I have handled, and they always make sure that my clients and I are fully taken care of with as much information as possible and all the hard work they put into each job. Everyone in the field and in the office are top notch, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I plan to never use anyone else for my new construction, remodels, updates, or additons.

I called and made an appointment with there office to come out on April 2 2024 for between 10-12. No one showed up or called to say they needed to reschedule. I have since called two more times and there office said they would have someone call me back to reschedule. Still no call back. I even told the gentleman who answered the phone if they were not interested in giving me a quote just to please let me know and I would call someone else.. I get it…. I own my on business too but stop wasting other people’s time by not showing up for an appointment that you scheduled.

As a new home builder, we have been using Eubank Electric for several years. We are extremely satisfied with the Companies performance and only use Eubank Electric for ALL of our electrical needs. The company owner is very actively involved in each and every job, and oversees everything on each job site to our and the future home buyers satisfaction.
