Do not do business with these people. Will not get the job done in a timely manner or at all. They failed multiple inspections through the process and communication was laughable.

Still has not contacted to finish their work weeks ago. I paid in full for a service that is still not complete and had to pay another electric company to finish their work so we could have an operating kitchen. Babysat one of the workers kids multiple times on occasion because the poor kid would just sit in the truck while they worked.

The whole process is a complete train wreck and ive been in the home building process for over 20 yrs. I am more than likely going to be seeking my money owed back through legal actions, because there is no way Ron will give what he owes back. Stay away from this company

Amazing work by Ron and Milo! I highly recommend Discount Electrical — they gave me a quote that was much lower than the big companies and stuck to it, even after running into a few roadblocks along the way. They came up with smart solutions without ever trying to upsell or raise the price, and were completely open and honest about everything that needed to be done.

I can not speak to this companies capabilities as electricians. I can only contribute a negative experience with the owner of the company. I had a service booked in advanced. The owner called 30 minutes before the service to let me know the service technician was out with an illness. I responded by reminding him that my electrical was not working, that my heat was not working on an evening in which it was below freezing, and that I wanted to know if he could send out a different technician. He got incredibly combative almost immediately. I explained calmly that he had put me in a bad spot as it would be difficult to find an electrician last minute to which he just responded, "you never heard of someone getting sick before"... I then left a simple 1 star review, and went on with my day. He then felt the need to compare me to a 4 year old child. I am very glad I found a better electrical company to assist me.

He used his meters to confirm that the house is pulling a steady 240V and even went the extra mile to ensure that the readings were correct. It turns out my appliances just happened to go out at the same time, but I feel much better knowing the home's main electrical connections are tight and verified. Great service!"

Technicians were prompt, friendly and professional. The job was completed with no issues. From my original service request, David could have easily sold me something I didn't need and I'd never have known. But he did not do that; instead he took a minute to educate me free of charge. That honesty impressed me. Will definitely use this company again.

I needed some electrical repairs for my mom’s house and I was very pleased with the service from Ron and Milo of Discount Electrical Service. I received an appointment date/time as soon as I contacted the company and they actually were able to arrive early. During the entire visit, Ron and Milo explained every step they were taking to repair and restore the electricity to my mom’s home. Ron explained pricing after a brief inspection of the issue and they were able to identify the issue. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I really appreciated the tips and suggestions and I do plan on contacting them for future repairs.

Hey yall, you won't believe this! I called Discount Electrical Service of Murfreesboro after my daughter came into my room last night and shared none of her lights were working. I immediately went to the electrical box and went to the box, appeared to turn it on but it didn't work. I got up this morning and to focus myself and calm down, I did some retail therapy. I came home, looked up electrical services and reached Ron on the phone. After explaining, he told me to go to the box and follow his instructions. I did as he instructed, and the power came back on. It didn't cost me one red cent. What a heck of a guy, what integrity and amazing service. I will be calling for all my future electrical needs.
