We had a total loss of our floors due to a flood. Our experience with Fred's was exceptional. Product knowledge, customer service, quote and final installation were perfect. We couldn't be happier with our new floors and the great people at Fred's. I highly recommend Fred's for all flooring needs. We will be back. We recently had floors installed by Freds. DeeAnn (Office Manager) was very helpful with the product and color selection, that would best fit our situation. Rob (COO) was transparent with the price for the job, and responsive with the necessary follow up. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and affordability. The experience from start to finish was stress free.

It was the best flooring experience I have ever had. The showroom staff and installation crews were knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the work on time. The quality of materials and installation were outstanding. I will return to Fred's for future flooring needs.

I am completely satisfied with the selection, service, and quality of workmanship provided to remove and install new carpet. DeeAnn Jones helped pick out carpet and padding that fits my particular needs. I chose an installation day that fit my schedule which is really appreciated! Snow delays were communicated quickly either early the evening before or in the morning. The installers were very hardworking and completed all three bedrooms in less than 8 hours! I give them kudos for lugging my very heavy furniture in and out of all three rooms with zero damage.

I am planning on using Fred's to complete a walk in tile shower too! Fred's has a huge selection of tile and I found exactly what I wanted within minutes. Wish l could give DeeAnn and Fred's Flooring 10 stars. DeeAnn was so helpful. She answered all my questions. Fred's has quite the selection. I was interested in learning about differences in the quality of carpets. DeeAnn is very knowledgeable. She explained what l could expect from different products. I ordered a Karastan area rug. I had seen the same carpet at at a competitor's store. Fred's saved me over $400. Fred's is my go to store for selection, price and helpful personnel.

Fred’s Flooring is the best flooring company around, for not only value, but for quality as well! I collected about 134 quotes (ok, more like 4, but still!) for a bathroom tile and repair job. Rob came out and was quick and knowledgeable, sent me an estimate the next day. It wasn’t the cheapest of the bunch, but it was certainly reasonable and offered the best scope of work (moving appliances in and out, resetting toilet, shoe molding). A week or so after I let them know I was going with them, Ricardo came out and knocked out the job in a couple days and did an impeccable job. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be going back to Fred’s for future work!

We are very pleased with our new carpet! We had a great experience all around. We got prices from a couple different stores around middle TN and Freds Flooring was by far the most affordable. They were very helpful in the showroom helping us pick out what would work best for us and matched our budget. Install went smoothly and they even came to double check that everything looked perfect afterwards! We would absolutely use them again in the future!

This is a great company to work with. We stopped by the showroom to look at their carpet and was pleased with all the selections they had. Once we chose the carpet, they came by to measure our house. The carpet was installed the next week! They arrived at the promised time and did a great job. This company goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. This is my second experience using Fred's Flooring, first for carpet in the bedrooms and now vinyl laminate in my kitchen/family room. I have been extremely pleased with both installations. I am new to Murfreesboro and what a gem I found with Fred’s Flooring. They had just what I wanted for my new house and got it taken care of before we moved in. From the carpet to the wood floors I couldn’t be any happier. The old floors were sanded and stained and look brand new. I feel so fortunate to have found them! Dee Ann was so fun to work with and Rob took the best of care on getting the job done!!

These folks got us out of a bind when our flooring installer up and quit. Fred’s crew arrived early, worked all day, stayed until it was done, and did a beautiful job on our laminate flooring and baseboard installation. We found Fred's Flooring by checking Google Reviews. We had them install carpet in our house and laminate flooring in Mom's house. From the start at the showroom to the finished product in both homes was such a pleasant experience! Fred's staff members are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right carpet and flooring and at the right price. The installers worked hard and made sure they did a good job. They too were very nice. Fred's does a walk thru after the job is complete to make sure you're completely satisfied. And we are! Both homes look spectacular! We'll be using them again in the future when we refinish our hardwood floors. If you're contemplating on who to go with to do your floor project, we highly recommend Fred's Flooring. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Fred's Flooring. The sales rep was super responsive, and answered all my questions. He came out twice, once to measure and a second time to bring us samples. The woman who works in the showroom was very helpful and responsive as well.

The contractors that came to do the install were amazing! They took apart our beds and put them back together, got old carpet out and new carpet in all in one day.

We love our new carpet, it's Mohawk Silk Strand with a really lovely pattern imprint. It looks and feels very high end and I really just adore it.

Fred's flooring just laid new laminate flooring for us in a few bedrooms and they are absolutely beautiful!! The crew that came to install them were phenomenal, they removed all the old carpeting, laid down the laminate with good padding under payment installed moulding all around and when finished cleaned up everything. It was like my new floors magically appeared . I would highly recommend Fred's flooring to anyone, great company to work with, hi quality materials and hi quality workmanship, and Fred's prices are really reasonable for what you receive. Worth every penny!!

It was a great pleasure working with all of the Fantastic people at Fred's flooring. Deanne got me started with my choices of hardwood flooring. Robbie came over soon and done all the measuring and explained the details of the installation. The installation team showed up and completed the install in one day. I found the pricing to be competitive and well within my budget. I highly recommend Fred's flooring and the entire staff for any of your flooring needs.
