I came across Fred's Flooring from their amazing reputation locally & online. The service and quality has truly exceeded my expectations.

My project was replacing entire flooring in my 1250 sq ft townhome primarily with LVP, carpet on the stairs only. During the planning they worked with me to keep the materials expense down and closer to my preferred budget. The project, both upstairs and downstairs, was completed in just a day! Abraham & his crew were efficient and respectful of my property & belongings.

They may not be the "cheapest" option in the Boro, but that's because they offer quality product and A++ service at a price that's reasonable. Thank you to DeAnn & Doug for helping from the get-go helping get this project planned, scheduled, and completed!!

Deeann was wonderful to work with. She has a great eye for what you’re trying to put together and made several suggestions on what samples to take home with me. A great experience! We had Fred’s redo the hardwood floors and replace the carpet in a home we recently purchased in Murfreesboro. We were getting ready to move in and needed them done quickly. First they stripped and refinished all the hardwood floors beautifully and in five days! Then they replaced all the carpet. Completely exceeded our expectations! They have a wonderful staff that really appreciates and supports their customers. Highly recommend the workmanship and product quality of Fred’s!

These guys did a great job with replacing our carpet! They were able to find us a carpet with our specifications and it was within budget! They were never pushy to make a sale, just very supportive and open to our timeline. I would highly recommend Fred’s Flooring for any flooring needs!

We recently had Fred’s Flooring replace the carpet in our primary bedroom, closet, and stairs with the same flooring that was already in our house, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

We are building a new house and Fred’s flooring came to do the tike job for our bathroom and flooring around the house and what an amazing job they did! They were so responsible showing up and really so detail oriented! I can’t recommend them enough!

Fred's was our second choice and honestly wished it was our first and only. After a complete disaster with the first company and a canceled install, we rushed over to Fred's. After reading such positive reviews, we went to see what they could do for us. Michael was very helpful from the beginning to the end, even coming by the job twice to make sure it was on track, answer questions we may have had, and see if we were satisfied. Our entire install was done by 1 man, and we were pleasantly impressed with him. We would 100 % recommend this company and so much so that they probably will get more business from us in the near future!

Fred’s Flooring was recommended to us by a close friend who had used them for a renovation on an older home as well as for their new construction custom build. The selection they have for carpet and wood options is huge and covers all price points. DeeAnn was especially helpful to us in making selections - her cheerful, happy demeanor was a bright spot during the stress of homebuilding. We did have one small hiccup during our installation of our engineered wood floors - but DeeAnn and her team stepped in immediately (and over the holidays no less!) to get us back on track. We love how everything turned out and would HIGHLY recommend Fred’s Flooring to others!

Fantastic job! I loved this company so much. Their communication. Quality of work. Updates. We had a lot more water damage than we expected when taking our cabinets and the additional cost was reasonable and did not delay the project. Super impressed with every step. They are beyond PERFECT and so beautiful!

Great price, great service! We needed carpet done on our stairs. It's the only carpet in the house, so a pretty small job. Rob came out on time, gave us a very reasonable estimate. We met with DeAnn at the the store, who was also great and had the sample pulled and ready for us. Such an easy transaction. A couple of days later, the guys showed up, knocked out the job and the stairs look fantastic! Great experience all around. I'm so happy we found Fred's! Highly recommended.

Loved working with this company for our guest bedroom carpet! The whole process took 3 days and was such a smooth process. Day one we reached out with our inquiry and same day they scheduled a time to measure. Day two they came out and measured and sent an invoice within the next hour. Day 3 they came out and replaced the carpet. So fast and did an amazing job. This company is super affordable compared to Home Depot or Lowe’s. We will be working with them again when we are ready to switch out our other carpet floors!

We will only ever call Fred’s for our flooring/tile needs. They sanded and stained our great room, updated our bathroom, and put tile in a few other rooms. Robbie’s communication throughout the entire process was great. I wish all contractors were like the team at Fred’s. They really take pride in their work and care about their customers.

I don't know how I can excuse myself for not writing this review sooner! Fred's Flooring did an outstanding job for our family. Let me sum it all up this way: Excellent communication, quality, and craftsmanship! Job well done!

We had temporary flooring in our house after some kitchen water damage. We had asked local online FB groups for recommendations and seen Fred's come up more than once as doing great work. I called and spoke with Michael and got some information from him. We made plans for a estimate of the job and he came out to our house. He was on time, or early and called prior to showing up.
Here is where it gets good... Their prices were fair. Maybe not the cheapest, but that's ok. Cheap does not equate to great. Very fair quote. We decided to accept and paid 50 percent up front for flooring they had to order in from their nearby warehouse. Although a day late in confirming it had arrived, they Michael contacted us to let us know our materials had come in to their local shop in Murfreesboro and we made an appointment to start the work.
Our family moved all the furniture out of the kitchen for them and when their crew showed up to begin work...guess who also showed up at the same time? MICHAEL! The sales person also came with the crew to inspect once again, check in with us and scope out the project once more. He inspected areas (under the dishwasher and refrigerator) he couldn't see before. He got on his knees and checked it all out. He discussed the project with the crew, said he'd be back to check in later and said goodbye.
The crew got to work, tearing out sub-floor, tile backer and going to town on the demo. My ONLY constructive critique was that we were unprepared for the amount of dust...but I should have known better, Lol...
Half the crew left to go pick up new sub-floor for the kitchen and the others kept working. Efficiency is their game!
The project took two days, as planned and discussed. They worked late the first day to get it all done. Day two was hard work too. Now, we have new sub-floor, no more water damaged issues and they even got rid of a few squeaking floor areas that drove us nuts!
Finally, when everything was done, Michael called to check in the next day. With two SMALL concerns, he came by the next day to check it out. All that was needed was a bit of silicone sealant in two areas and done. He had his guys come back out asap. HE personally was there each step of the way. Give the man a raise.... ;-)
If you want dependability, honestly and a solid work ethic, give them a call... They cut ZERO corners and our floors look great!

I could not be any happier that I chose Fred’s Flooring to install laminate flooring in my house! From the time I bought the floors to having them installed, every person I encountered was professional, friendly, and responsive to all questions, rather big or small! I will definitely use them for any other projects in the future!!!

Rob was wonderful to work with. He took the extra mile to get my business. He was very responsive and I appreciated the communication from him. We had rather a large project - wood floors downstairs sanded and stained and then tile ripped up in kitchen and laundry room and replaced with wood floors. Rob had his team come out and sand down a section of our floors and put different stains down so we could choose. Great customer service. We had several quotes and Freds flooring was the only one who offered to do this for us. We were on vacation while our house was worked on and Rob updated us and sent pictures. We REALLY appreciated it. Again communication was top notch! As with any large project there were a few things that needed to be fixed and Rob again was very responsive. His team Fixed everything that needed to be without any question. I will be calling them again on our next project!

Choosing flooring is overwhelming - there are SO many choices but ultimately went with Mohawk, RevWood Plus in "Mineral Oak" - laminate floor.

We acquired an older untrained dog, who agro-pees - our carpet was 20 years old and we could no longer steam clean out the smell.

We got many quotes, but ultimately went with Fred's Flooring due to our sales rep Michael. He was not pushy, just informative and respectful of all needs and costs. He helped us find an in-stock, beautiful WATERPROOF 💦 floor that was installed within maybe 5 days, so right away we were impressed!

Their installers are top notch, they bring the wood and install it as well, we picked up the shoe molding ahead of time and painted it here so it was ready to go for them. They did it all in one day! 815 square feet, 10A - 8P tirelessly putting down every board with precision. They were joyful and really cared about our home and that we were happy. Thank you to them!

All throughout our process Michael kept us up to date. We had a wee overage and will have Freds out again to do our upstairs bathrooms. We just love the floors.

Michael saved us a ton of money because the flooring was in stock but too, on kitchen counters! I didn't like them before, but they now match the new floors and we have floor the dog can't wreck and don't have to have service master out each quarter - kudos!

PS: I learned this today years ago, not that it's a problem now but we'll put the dog in the laundry room when we leave for a few hours :)
