Home Inspector reviews in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Mr England was prompt, very professional, and friendly. He is super knowledgeable and explained to me in every day terms each item I had questions about. The report he produced is awesome.

Well to start off, getting anyone to arrive when they say they will is almost impossible. The fact that Mr. England did exactly what he said, when he said, was an A+ in my book. His knowledge of building structures, proper drainage, and the quality of materials used in our home was just the start. He gave us recommendations for a quality dehumidifier for my basement.  He even gave me some great ideas on landscaping in the future. It was like talking to someone from HGTV.  Highly recommend and a great value.

Incredibly thorough. Absolutely no complaints and well worth the money.

Jeff and the 840 team did a great job from start to finish for us.

Utilized 840 Inspections for a new home purchase, and the inspector was very professional, punctual, and most importantly very detailed with his findings. Would definitely use this company again should I need to buy another home. Very helpful in providing us the items that needed to be addressed, and the knowledge of items that should be monitored as the new home owner.

Chris was great! I’m just in the finishing stages of our custom built home and was referred to get an inspection to be on the safe side. He found things I would have never thought to notice & to get with my builder to finish up on. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and made sure to point me in the right direction for my home needs. I personally give him and his team a 10/10! Thank you Chris and 840 Inspections!

Second inspection was better than the first. These guys are so thorough. You can’t afford not to hire them.

840 Inspections is an absolutely fantastic company. I was having issues with my house and they went far above what I would consider to be normal. They truly value their customers and conduct business the way it should be done. They always made me feel like I was their most important customer. I will always use and recommend 840 inspections.

Very thorough! Excellent experience with our inspector! He was efficient, detailed, and patient. During the inspection, explained everything that he saw in full detail with photos. I would highly recommend!

I have now used 840 Inspections multiple times, and they consistently provide an excellent and reliable experience. The ability to customize the services to my needs was fantastic, and the results from the thermal imaging were outstanding in helping me identify further opportunities to increase my home's energy efficiency.
