We recently hired KJs for a move in clean. The house was previously generally cleaned but we wanted a deep clean inside and outside of cabinets, baseboards, appliances, etc. I’m not exactly sure what the company did all day because the cabinets are still dirty inside, baseboards not cleaned and grease was caked on the underside of the microwave. We paid good money for this service and I feel ripped off. I would love the company to reach out to me and make it right.

DO NOT USE KJ's Moving Company! To make a long story short, I was in contact with this company for several days before the move. On the day of the move, I spoke to the owner at 7:30 am and gave him the exact time of arrival. However, after my arrival, he called me and told me he couldn't get in touch with his movers to come to my location. I understand this problem and really didn't have any issue with it since I was saving like $400. However, the owner then "cancelled" the reservation and charged me a $150 cancellation fee. That type of conduct is unprofessional and makes me think they are untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR POSSESSIONS!

This company was referred to me by my husband’s coworker. I have since used them on 3 different occasions for moving and cleaning since 2019. I have nothing but praise for James and his crew. I highly recommend them.

Everyone knows how hectic moving is. Honestly, I had planned on just grinding it out. I didn't even know Uhaul offered moving help. Decided to give it a try and Uhaul hooked me up with James and his crew. LaDarius and Steve were fast and efficient. They were also very careful and deliberate as they moved my stuff. What I had planned on being a huge headache ended up being pretty cool and easy. Definitely money well spent. Thank you, KJ's Moving.

James and his team were quick at providing an affordable quote, and moved my Cali King mattress from storage to my house next day. He and his team were careful with my mattress, transported it with ease and brought it to my bedroom with no issues. 5 stars. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional mover.

They stole my money. They did not do the job. They took the money and ran. No phone call. I called, left messages, and they blocked my number. Do not trust these people!!!
I paid them $3,300 to come to Orange Beach, AL to unload my pod. They wanted to come for a vacation. Our 1st agreement was 1500, but they wanted more. They were going to stay 1 week. They left town with my money. They are nothing but thieves. I am also a handicapped senior citizen who has to use a wheelchair. They will take advantage of you!

!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT ENLIST THESE PEOPLE’s HELP. My mother had all her money stolen from these people during Christmas time. Disgusting behavior. My mother moved down to live out her retirement and these people screwed her over. They’ll screw you over too. They left before doing any of the work and before the pod got there. She tried calling back after taking the money and they never answered the phone. They skipped town. My mom even made them a Christmas dinner which them and their family ate and then left. Their family had come down for a vacation and scammed her. Now we have to get a lawyer and file fraudulent claims through the judicial system. Do not call KJ’s Moving Company!

My couch was dingy and it had a few stains however after getting it serviced Josh restored it completely. I’m extremely satisfied & very excited to use him again.

Mac’s Carpet Care came and did an amazing job at my home. They were courteous and professional. Communication was great as well through the entire process.

Carpets came all the way clean. I was worried about very dark spot but they are gone like magic. The couch he did is superb. Super friendly and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

This was the best upholstery cleaning experience in the universe. AAAA++++!!!!!! I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Our furniture WAS covered with pet fur and gunk, and now it looks and smells great! AWESOME SAUCE!

We had a great experience using Mac's Carpet Care. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry making scheduling easy. He continued to answer any questions I had and remained responsive throughout. He was very professional and friendly and did a thorough job of all areas we had cleaned. I highly recommend and would use again.
