Josh and his worker were on time, professional, kind and speedy workers. They were able to squeeze us in last minute, which we were so grateful for. Our carpets were filthy; they now look amazing and our place smells so fresh! I would highly recommend Mac’s Carpet Cleaning and I for sure will be using his services again.

Jake once again did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. He is great with communication and professional service. Jake is our go-to for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Mac's carpet Care is outstanding. They come with a willing attitude, they come with a mindset to produce quality. I had furniture that was stained very badly. He gave me his honest thoughts on the furniture before he proceeded to do any work. He did not try to force me to make a decision, just to make money off of me. He told me his honest thoughts about the furniture, that was so badly soiled. It was because of his honesty, that I decided to ask him to go ahead and proceed to try to clean the furniture that I had, I was eager to see the outcome. When they were finished, and I gave the furniture time to dry, I was very happy with outcome. I recommend this company for a lot of reasons, and all of those reasons are very good reasons.

Josh did an incredible job on our carpets. When we hired him, we didn’t know that beneath one of our beds that we later moved, there was a humongous stain from coffee, or we don’t know what. But he showed up, and got it completely removed or at least 99.9% removed. We had been working on it for several days and couldn’t get rid of it. Can’t recommend him more. Great guy, very courteous, very humble.

We moved into a house that previously had cats, with lots of hair left behind. We just had our carpets cleaned by Mac’s and they did an excellent job! The technician was thorough in his explanation and meticulous in his work. The response and quote were quick when I reached out, and the final price was very close to the initial quote I received. There is a pleasant but not overpowering smell to the product they use. I’m very happy with the end result!

Had a great experience working w Josh from Mac’s Carpet Care. He was super responsive to my messages- and flexible when I had to change the date. He showed up right on time and worked really hard to get my carpets and upholstered chairs/couch looking great. There was one or two stains on the carpets that remained despite his work. This is a bummer but I don’t think it’s from lack of trying! Would hire again!

Josh did a FANTASTIC job, my carpets look GREAT. And they were sanitized too, all for a great value price. And he worked with me on the time frame and was so so kind. I’ll be calling Mac’s again and recommending him to EVERYONE for sure!

I cannot say enough great things about Josh and Mac’s Carpet Care! My dog had a massive accident all over the carpet in our brand new rental (within the first 24 hours of living there) and Josh was able to fit me into his schedule last minute (twice)! He cleaned the stains, other carpets, my couch and rug and did an awesome job.
I will definitely use him again for any of my carpet and upholstery needs. He is awesome!!

great experience! they got rid of stains in carpet that I really thought wouldn't come up. and both team members were so nice and efficient. will definitely use again and will recommend to neighbors and friends

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience and would not recommend. They did nothing to suck up the dirt in the carpet and only spread the dirt around evenly with a motorized brush unit. The next day I used a small hand held carpet cleaner on a small section that was just “cleaned” and the return water was filthy. Had to hire a different contractor to come and complete the job and Mac’s refused to offer a refund or show any initial interest in resolving the problem. My mistake was not confirming the technology to be used before agreeing to the work.

Josh and Brian just left and let me tell you…. INCREDIBLE!! My carpets haven’t looked this good in years!

They are both very considerable, great around pets and very kind. The type of people you trust in your home!

If you have tough spots, big or small or just high traffic areas, they will do wonders! And very reasonably priced!

Josh and Brian were nice . Very punctual. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. The landlady was impressed and will use them in the future.

I called Josh after another business gave me a very high quote. I am listing my house for sale and needed service quickly. He was able to fit me in the next afternoon. Bryan was running late because the previous customer had been much worse than expected. But he got right to work and was done in no time. He got all the cat stains out and made my home photo ready.

Josh and his team are awesome! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, everything looked pristine and smelled amazing! He even showed me everything they picked up from the cleaning in the debris tray. They were kind and personable and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services
