He was so honest with me about expectations and cost that I decided not to spend the money on a small chance of it coming clean. However, because of his transparency and integrity, I will absolutely use him for future cleaning!

I was getting ready to change out my carpet due to high traffic area...We have been blessed with many friends and grandchildren...Mr. B's Chem-Dry came out to clean. I thought I'd give it a try and see if if would come clean enough at least for Thanksgiving before replacing it... WOW was I shocked... It looks brand new. I am serious. Mr B's came with same day notice. My family decided to come to town at the last minute. I called Mr B's at 9am and told them my need and they showed up right at 1 pm and cleaned my oriental rugs. I was so pleased with their. The next when family came the rugs made the house look so good.
