Had carpet cleaning and grout cleaning done. They did an excellent job at both. Bud and Luke were awesome to work with. Always polite and prompt. Truly dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I absolutely love the way my carpet smells and looks after Buck came out. Not only was he meticulous in cleaning the carpet, he also educated me about pet smells and stains, which made complete sense. I now have my go to guys at Mr. B’s. They did such an amazing job, I’m having them come back to do my upstairs 😊.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned out and they quickly responded and came out the same day. Very professional and kind. Got the work done in no time and had our dryer blowing through the vent at 22mph. Now only takes about 35 minutes to dry a load when previously it had taken at least 2 hours.

Previously, we have used Mr. B's duct cleaning, and they do an excellent job. So, when we saw that the company also cleans carpets, we didn't hesitate to set up an appointment. We were not disappointed. Our old carpets look like new. They were able to remove pet smells and discoloration, and they moved furniture around in order to do an even better job than what we paid for. I rarely write reviews, but we had such a difficult time finding a good carpet cleaner that I felt this review might help others.

Once again Josh came through for me when I had him assess the upholstery on a sofa we needed to have cleaned. I have been using this family owned business for nearly 20 years and there is no one out there that can meet the expectations of this company!! The young man by the name of Ramsey was so professional. He explained everything prior to going to work and answered all my questions. He was thorough when he cleaned my carpet and made sure I was totally satisfied.

Want a RELIABLE company? This isn’t the one. I have had this company booked for a week with family arriving on Monday. All of a sudden they call me TEN MINUTES before my scheduled appointment and tell me a tech is not showing up because they quit, AND INSTEAD OF MAKIKG IT RIGHT by sending someone out in replacement or even getting someone here tomorrow, offer a cheesy discount to reschedule. Talk about lack of pride in your business. I HIGHLY recommend y'all look elsewhere when considering them. This review does not speak for all Chem-Dry companies just Mr. B’s!
