When inquiring about quotes for residential window cleaning, I checked with five different local companies. Sanders and one other company quoted the same price, beating two others on price. Aside from a great price, Sanders was superior to the others in more ways than one. Firstly, he did not "heckle" but did follow up with me following initial inquiry, demonstrating that he really wanted to earn our business. Secondly, when we scheduled a date, he scheduled me first available, which was a Monday. I told him that would be fine, however, I was hoping to have it completed by Saturday, in time for a party. He told me he'd try his best to get to us before Saturday, but wasn't making any promises. I was sure it would be Monday. But he called me on Thursday, and completed the job! This was even after a monsoon the day before, causing him to have to finish a "rained out" job that morning, AND working short-staffed! Lastly, our windows are absolutely sparkling! For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Sanders and will be a repeat customer.

Great service, at a great price from a veteran owned business. Cleaned my house including gutters, downspouts, windows, soffits, and siding. Bright white and like new. What more could you ask for? Hire this guy.

Had the opportunity to book a window cleaning- been in my home for 3 years- and let me tell you....my windows have NEVER looked cleaner! I had gone into one of the rooms while Kevin was finishing up, and it shocked me, as it looked like my windows were wide open; they were sparkling-crystal clear.
