He cleaned my roof which had black streaks from years of tree sap/leaves without making a mess of my flower beds/shrubs and my roof looks great! You can't go wrong with using Sanders Home Solutions.

Lee Hoagland saw my insurance claim thru to the very end, and what a journey it’s been. I had leaks at a dormer and over the course of 18 months, Lee went toe to toe with my insurance company for storm damage. It was a real doozy with multiple repair videos and tarp replacements. He kept me dry before and after the roof replacement, and continues to be an asset well after the fact. Highly recommend!!

Friendly crew, efficient, professional.
They arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work and got started. Two story house, pool cabana, detached garage, lots of concrete pool deck, a carport, vinyl and iron fencing, plus interior and exterior window cleaning.
Most important to us was making sure all the gates and doors stayed closed while they worked to keep the dogs contained.
Some contractors seem to think gates are meant to be left open with no regard to why there’s a fence in the first place.
They are dog lovers too and were very conscious of our dogs.
Will definitely refer Kevin to my clients. He and his crew are definitely first rate.

I’ve used Sanders for pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and now dryer vent service—and every time, they’ve been fantastic. Most recently, they came out to clean my dryer vent and made the whole process super easy. Kevin walked me through what he was doing, made sure everything was working properly, and left the area cleaner than he found it. You can tell they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about doing things the right way. I’ll definitely keep calling them for future projects!

Kevin and his crew are the consummate professionals. They are quick to respond and competitively priced. We had brand new construction and he found two damaged windows we wouldn’t have otherwise. We had the interior/exterior windows all washed. Definitely put them on a twice a year rotation and will be using them in the spring.

Upon first meeting and speaking with Kevin the owner who is a fellow Veteran I knew he would do a good job for us, and let me tell you he proved me right!!!! He and his team went above our expectations in cleaning our vinyl fence, driveway, sidewalk, and our windows!!! On the day of our scheduled cleaning the temperature was almost at freezing and those men did the job and did it with a smile. They are professionals and have attention to detail and respect your property. My wife couldn't stop talking about how clean our vinyl fence looked, and squeaky clean our windows are!!!!
