I’ve been using MNM Services for monthly cleanings for close to 5 years. I had tried several cleaning companies that were either unreliable or didn’t do a thorough job. I’ve been happy with MNM from day one! They ALWAYS do a phenomenal job. They are respectful of our home and take so much stress off my plate. With three small children and two pets, I’m so thankful for their help! Couldn’t recommend them more.

The cleaning crew was punctual, friendly and very thorough. They did a deep cleaning for me and also washed windows and shutters. I definitely plan to have MNM continue to clean for me periodically.

MNM Services has cleaned my home many times, and I have honestly never been happier with a cleaning company. Megan must only hire perfectionist employees, because they seriously always do an immaculate job. They cover all the bases for the must-clean spots, but they go above and beyond every time. They even changed the trash bag on a tiny trash can on my counter that they didn’t need to worry about, and also set up my kids’ Christmas elves on a table to look cute for them. I’m so grateful for their services! 🥰 They just make my house feel so fresh and new.

Megan and her crew are fabulous!! The price I pay for a standard clean is very reasonable. They do such a great job making my house look and smell great. They are great at communicating arrival time. Because there are multiple people in the house at one, they are in and out so quickly. Customer service is also outstanding. I’m never left unsatisfied. 10/10

They love my kids, my pets, and take care of my home like it’s their own. We have done weekly, bi-weekly, pre-event cleaning, etc and have been pleased with every clean! We recently moved and not only did Megan work with me on the arrival time to be right after (literally less than an hour) we closed for a deep clean.. they also spent over 8 hours in my home making sure it was perfect. I could not recommend MNM enough!

If I were to rank my experience based solely on how well Cleaning Murfreesboro cleaned my house, they would receive 5 stars. However, due to extenuating circumstances, I was very displeased with my experience. I would not use Cleaning Murfreesboro again nor recommend their services.

I was on vacation the week that Angie and her crew at Cleaning Murfreesboro were set to come to my house. When I arrived back home (four days after they cleaned), I noticed two rugs (one kitchen mat and one bath mat) were left outside. They were rained on and consequently destroyed. Angie also informed me during her initial walk-through that she would leave a fragrance behind for me to use in-between cleanings, but she neglected to leave the fragrance. I e-mailed Angie October 20th (Sunday) regarding these incidences, and she informed me she would reimburse me for the mats and bring the fragrance by October 24th (Friday).

Friday came and went and I did not receive either item when promised. I e-mailed Angie as another reminder on October 26 (Sunday). She again promised to get those items to me, this time "by tomorrow". However, the second timeframe passed and I never received either the fragrance or the reimbursement.

I wanted to be understanding, as accidents happen. In fact, I grossly underestimated the cost of the mat to give Angie the benefit of the doubt. I thought she would be more adamant in resolving the problem.

Angie assured me during her initial walk-through that if anything was not to my liking, she would return and resolve the problem. Considering the problem was so slight (dropping off a fragrance and reimbursing me the cost of my mats), I did not foresee this being the ordeal it was. I e-mailed Angie a final time on November 2nd expressing my immense displeasure and let her know that I would not be using her services again. I never received a response, an e-mail, a phone call, the fragrance, or the reimbursement for the bath mats.

Cleaning Murfreesboro is awesome. Angie and her team did an excellent job. They over exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to all my friends and they are all happy with their service. Thanks Angie.

Angie and her girls and a dream come true. They really should be called Angie's' Angels. Our home is always so clean when our Angels leave. If there is any additional work we want to be focused on during a different visit, They are so very flexible with us. The are kind, Hard working, and trustworthy. :)

These wonderful ladies have been cleaning our home once a month for almost 2 years now. They do such a fantastic job. The owner communicates with me before every cleaning to find out if there are any specific things that I'm wanting done before they come. If I'm not there, she sends me a text to let me know when they get there and when they leave. She checks in with me later the next day to make sure everything was okay. If there is ever any issue that arrises while they are there, she lets me know immediately....like when my little girl left a necklace on the floor that got caught by their vacuum (wasn't one that was would have been visible to them). They are very sweet, and very hard working. We usually do one long day a year that is a deep clean of the whole house, and they don't miss a thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As a busy mom of 3 young one's, there service has been such a blessing.

OMG! Angie and her team are the best house cleaning service I could ever wish for! She and her staff go above and beyond the basics. We also have “focus” items such as baseboards, ceiling fans or windows and they always do a fabulous job! They are true professionals and always leave my home spotless and smelling beautiful! Five stars aren’t near enough for this business!
