Angie and her ladies are all very nice and try to be helpful, I believe. But they are not professional in the actual cleaning. They've been here 7 times and each time some things were done very well, while others were totally unsatisfactory. Mopping is a challenge for me b/c of back and neck problems - so each time I specify to please get all the way under our king size bed, dresser, furniture, etc up to the baseboard. Their first time here Kelly did a great job of the mess under there (sick kitty) but since then it's been very poorly done - this last time they didn't even move around the cat and dog toys and most of the dust is still here! They usually forget to dust/mop behind open doors, where hair from our dog collects and is very obvious. The string mop doesn't get wrung out well and leaves water spots behind. Since they don't actually scrub the floors, the dog drool just gets spread around. I use vinegar and water when I clean so I know it will do the job - but pushing a mop across it is not sufficient. The lady who cleaned the stove/oven spent 2 hours on it, and this is just 3 months since she last cleaned it.. She didn't get the hard stuck on deposits from grate corners, nor remove the knobs to clean behind; and she scratched the edges of the sink scrubbing the racks. They set spray bottles of cleaners on wood furniture and scoot things across the wood floor. I've emailed Angie about these problems and she 'addresses' them with the ladies, but after 7 visits I'm done. I really hated to write such harsh things and like the idea of supporting veterans and their families, but it's not my job to teach them how to clean.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used, BY FAR! They clean like my mother, which is with such meticulous detail you can literally feel the difference when you walk in the room. They do things like vacuum window screens, cleaning inside and on top of the refridgerator, in corners, hands and knees scrubbing kind of work. They also use safe, non-toxic clean solutions which I love. Angie was very responsive to all of my needs and her team was friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good about this company!

I am on my second month with Angies team Nd we them. My home looks and smells great. They have been so accommodating to my schedule. They are fast, friendly and efficient which is what I need. I have 2 cats that like to be in the mix of them and they don't mind. They are easy to talk to and are always doing the job with a smile. Looking forward to having them each month.

I had my first experience with Angie's team today. I hired them to do a deep clean of my dad's house since he has trouble keeping up with it on his own, and I'm not there as often as someone needs to be to help out. Angie was great about communicating (we spoke on the phone and texted after, which was really convenient). She showed up on time with her team to introduce herself and take a look at the house, and came back when the job was finished to make sure everything was in good shape and I was happy. I was pleasantly surprised by her second visit as I wasn't expecting it. Her team is super-sweet, polite, and really nice to my dad as well. I felt comfortable leaving them to get to work, and they definitely did! The house looked fantastic, smelled clean, and they checked to see if any areas needed to be touched up before they left. Angie also mentioned she'll send the same team every time. It makes me feel better knowing who'll be there when I'm away and that they're good people. Very pleased about their use of eco-friendly products too. I'd definitely recommend and plan to use again!

Very professional team. Matt came in first to evaluate and get things started and the crew quickly showed up and got to work. It's really worth the investment, when I got done with work everything was taken care of and I could spend the evening doing other things. Highly recommend and will continue services with this organization.

I've had the Maids cleaning my home bi-monthly for several months. I'm very particular and require close attention to detail. We had some growing pains in the beginning but the Management has always been extremely receptive and great with communication. Yessy, Marina and Sandra are a wonderful team of ladies and pay close attention to detail. They always leave my house smelling clean and sparkling and are very receptive to things I ask. I have been through several cleaners in the area trying to find the right fit for my high expectations and this team is able to meet them. Due to health reasons I haven't been able to clean my house the way I have always been able to. I needed so much done, so I thought let me try The Maids. What I wanted was a deep clean, from the ceilings to the floors. I've never have had my house cleaned by a professional company before so I didn't know what to expect but let me tell you, it is the only way to get it done. The ladies that came to our house were so nice and they did an excellent job. My house looks and smells great and I'm definitely a happy camper. It was the right decision. So I want to thank The Maids for doing such a great job that now I want them to do just regular cleaning. Thank you so much for your help and wonderful crew.

The Maids worked with me to schedule a last minute deep clean to prepare my home for painting/moving after a failed experience with another company. They arrived early, scrubbed thoroughly, and were so nice! All of the ladies worked so hard, and my home is now ready in only 3 hours! Gaby (general manager) was communicative and caring. Overall, the experience was so great and I would recommend them to anyone!

The Maids came and did a move out clean for our 1776 sq ft townhouse. Their crew did a fast and efficient job. I was amazed by how clean they got our shower door that I had really been struggling with. Will work to use them again in the future!

Matt & Gabby’s team were excellent. My first impression was the professionalism and friendliness. Matt contacted me back within an hour of reaching out to him.
