I have been booking Marissa and her crew for close to two years now for my home and a family member's home. They always make my house look and smell awesome.

All smaller businesses have been affected by the pandemic and when there were scheduling issues due to exposures to me and to her workers, scrubd made time for an extra deep cleaning which I appreciated. When, a minor item was chipped during dusting, last year, scrubd was extremely transparent about it, despite the fact that it was a low value item.

Just moved into a new home in Murfreesboro! My family used them for the moving in/out cleaning and I Definitely recommend this service! When they mention cleaning the home from top to bottom they mean it! They were very thorough and asked for any specific issues that I thought needed special attention. My crew of Barbara, Maggie, and Heather were awesome 5 stars!

From start to finish the process was easy. I was able to schedule and pay online. The ease of scheduling as well as being informed of changes was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the work that was done. It was far above what was anticipated as this was my first time using a cleaning service. This was a great first experience with 2 Maids.

Today was the third time they came, and the ladies did a great job for the most part; however today the service for the deeper clean wasn't what I expected. I left a note reminding them to clean the base boards and kitchen cabinet(doors) and the cabinet doors and microwave was not cleaned. I know the crews have been different all three times, but it would be nice if at least one of the weeks it was the same people, as they would be more familiar with the house than someone not. One of the ladies paid a little more to detail then the other. Today is the only reason why I gave a lower score.

Everything looked pretty good, few places were missed such as window/balcony seals/tracks and balcony doors being wiped down (dog snoot boops were still there) and in the cabinet in the main bathroom. Also they turned the a/c down to 68 and did not put it back to where I left it, since we are moved out I have it set to 73 or 74. I do not mind that they turned it down I just wished they would have put it back rather than it continuing to run until I noticed it. Kitchen was great though!

My home looked so wonderful when I got back from a trip out of town - not only was the place spotless, but even the dirty dishes that I had left in a hurry were clean! Whenever I've been home when my cleaning team has come, they have always been so pleasant. I've just had such a great experience with Two Maids after using the company for at least a couple of years now!

I was delighted with two maids and a mop for the deep cleaning service they provided to my home and business. The company sent three lovely and very hard-working ladies named ANGIE, Chantelle and Erin who all did an amazing job and were very respectful of my home and pets. We used Two Maid and A Mop to clean my daughters new apartment before she moved in. OMG, Maureen and Avery were the bomb! They were on time, had pleasant attitudes and their work was impeccable! I was very, very pleased. They cleaned by daughters bedroom, bathroom, half bathroom and cleaned out the refrigerator all within an hour. The work was very detailed and not sloppy! Wish we had then in GA. I highly recommend this cleaning service..

We’ve used two maids and a mop for several months before ultimately deciding to go with a different cleaning service. All workers we encountered were very kind and professional, however the quality of our home “deep” clean was far from great. Repeatedly, common areas of our home were left un-dusted such as shelves, tv’s, and objects out in plain sight clearly with dust on them. Windows were not cleaned as we have dogs and it is very obvious to tell if they were not cleaned. Floors were minimally moped with a spray and mop technique or some rooms were left not mopped at all. Small mats on the floor were never picked up or swept under. We paid for the highest quality package for deep cleaning and received bare minimum or less. Very disappointed in the quality of this service and will no longer be using them.

I was told to wait several visits before my house was cleaned completely. They are cleaning their vacuums out in my front yard. In 5 visits they have never vacuumed under the beds. They have never cleaned the baseboards. This time they didn't clean the entertainment center. I will be cancelling services upon completion of this review.

I'd only hired someone to clean my house once before and was disappointed (different company), so I was wary to try again. The two women arrived on time with all sorts of gear, were super nice, and left the place immaculate. Really reasonably priced, saved me a TON of time and energy, highly recommend. Tip well!
