My cleanings have been hit or miss. Sometimes the job is spotless but there have been a handful of days - like today, where the job was hardly done. It really depends on the team that is sent. Today my carpet looks like the vacuum used left lines on the rug and there was extra debris left on the floor. The mirrors in the master bathroom were not cleaned. The wood floors for the most part looked good. The dusting is so spotty it might as well not have been done. The Kitchen countertop was not wiped down....overall super disappointed to spend $100+ for basically getting my shower lightly cleaned and bathroom counters wiped.
On a more positive note, I have had other decent services like last week. I love that they are in and out of the house at a time that is convenient for my schedule and that they send the text reminder. They are always quick to fix an issue but I really wish the quality of the cleaning was more thorough and consistent.

These gals did an amazing job. From start to finish, I could not have been more happy. They helped me over the phone to get my rental cleaned. Even through all of the changes we had to make in order to insure I could be around the weekend they were cleaning was amazing. Its nice to encounter flexible and reliable business professionals. I think we really lucked out finding Missy and her team. Great job!

I have never left a review but felt obligated to let people know not to use this company. They do not clean good.They absolutely do not do the deep cleaning items such as mopping , base boards and ceiling fans even though my package included it. I have sent pics in and all they want to do is send them back out. And it has to work on their time line. This last time they completely did not clean my master bath and did not sweep or mop either. Also did not remove trash from trash can. None of the furniture was dusted. When I call in the manager Brooke did not care if I left or not but did nothing customer service wise to help except offer to have someone come out today but I could not do today since I wanted to be there. Very very poor customer service and work. Do not use !

They offer to come back out but only today ! I was unable to do that.
And I did send pics in before when this happened. It didn’t help. So don’t act this was the first response and I wouldn’t let you fix your “mistake “. Fix the issue from happening !

Dusty and Vanessa did an exceptional job when cleaning our home on 9/24. They were thorough and removed appropriate items to properly clean the areas they were working on. We greatly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. My husband and I are very pleased with their work. Thank you!

This was my first time using this company after having to get rid of my last cleaning service that became lackadaisical over time. They did a very good job for their first time here and not knowing the house. They were quick to book the job. They called me and asked if they could come early and we worked that out. All in all the house was very clean and they paid attention to the small things. Well worth the money. I look forward to working with them moving forward.

Very unprofessional. My daughter chose this company because of the good reviews online. I'm starting to wonder if these reviews are real. She scheduled online for this company to clean her home on Thursday 4/12/18. She was advised they were booked for that day but spoke to the branch mgr who advised they were able to squeeze her in today (Wed 4/11). She received a confirmation email and they debited her account. When the key was picked up tonight NOTHING had been done! How convenient that they got their money before they cleaned her house!! She didn't even get an invoice. Now no one is answering emails or phone calls. Extremely unprofessional.

UPDATE - 4/12/18 --- I would like to thank this team for their quick and timely response and commend them for going back and correcting the issues we brought to their attention. Thank you for honoring your commitment to quality service and for that reason I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5.

I love my team from Two Maids! They are friendly and thoughtful, and I truly enjoy seeing them each month! My house always looks and smells fabulous after Two Maids has been here. They have been extremely careful and taking precautions during this pandemic which I appreciate.

I found them online and took a chance hiring them - that was in 2019 and I have not regretted it! I’m thrilled and highly recommend them!

IN our own home. The women were very thorough in cleaning and their abilities as they cleaned. We appreciated very much that they were more than kind.
We loved that they used their own cleaning products and brought in with them all that they needed. Even if we have our own, it is wonderful that the women chose their own cleaning products. They certainly knew what to do and were very thorough in what we needed to have done. They are pet friendly.
I would hope that patrons would let them know what kind of animals they have and if they are safe or not. Just a thought.
The women were wonderful and I highly recommend them and hope to to have them again. They came to our home 2X because my husband was having radiation. It was a gift of a lifetime for my husband and me.

The only thing my wife wanted for Christmas was a professional cleaning of our house. I checked out their website, and they contacted me via text quickly. They were very helpful and informative. I ended up going with the "design by time" and I was impressed. Two maids, Holly and Tiffany, worked hard for that two hours, and the house looked amazing when they were done. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend this service

Back in September I lost my 7 week old daughter, Nova June. To say life has been difficult would be an understatement. Even the every day routine, like cleaning, has become trying at times. I am a participant in a program that specifically helps mothers who have lost their child. The Finley Project.. The program offers a cleaning service. I have never had a professional cleaning service come clean any home I've ever lived in. I'm quite the perfectionist when it comes to cleaning so I was a bit cocky! No way it could look cleaner than I had it. I was completely wrong! Two maids and a mop blew me away. It was like they had magic cleaning supplies that made my home smell better, look better and even feel better. The carpets were so clean it's like they shampooed them! Not only were their cleaning skills on point so was their customer care. Very friendly and attentive. They tackled everything i asked plus some! Thanks Two maids. You have no idea how much you've taken off my shoulders!

Had our first cleaning done yesterday. It was so nice coming home to find a very clean home. The attention to detail was very much apparent and appreciated. All the nooks and crannies were clean and dog hair free. Which is hard to accomplish in our house. I was pleasantly surprised at just how well they did. Worth every penny! Shout out to Ashley, Sarah, and Micah!!!

Had my first cleaning yesterday, Angie & Emily showed up on time and were very professional. I have cats and Angie & Emily were so sweet to them and went above and beyond to be friendly. My apartment looks stunning and they did an excellent job, they did not miss a single detail. I am looking forward to seeing them again and am blown away by the service provided for the cost. Could not more highly recommend this company and Angie & Emily!

I started with a Deep Clean before my daughter's wedding. They were more than thorough -- they worked miracles. They cleaned things I never thought could get clean again and things I didn't know needed to be cleaned. I now use them bi-weekly. The team is professional, efficient, thoughtful and thorough. They are so quiet and quick that they don't even bother the dog -- she sleeps right through almost their whole visit.

The best cleaning service ever!!! So great, I referred to co-workers and friend before the company had a chance to send me a survey! In the past, I have had cleaning service conducted, and I still end up cleaning my house after they're done. I was expecting to do the same which is why I scheduled them so early in the day...NOT THE CASE HERE! I had to do a video of their (Brooke, Elizabeth, and Danielle) work to show my family and friends of how wonderfully clean my house is, and I brag about the pleasant scent (not of cleaning products and not air freshener-y) that greeted me when I walked through the door. My faucets and stainless steel sink wasn't that shiny when I got them brand new. My appliances became reflective again (or maybe for the first time...don't remember my black appliances reflecting anything). The hardwoods were beautifully cleaned and polished; the carpet so clean, my son and I thought the carpet cleaning team had done them (had to touch to see if damp to determine it hadn't been steam cleaned). I will definitely use Two Maids & A Mop...matter of fact, we already plan to use them for our move-in cleaning at our new house! Since I don't have to clean after them, I will start a regular schedule with them also! Will I recommend them? Already have and will continue to give out their name and number.

We have a historic home and this is the best cleaning we have ever had: efficient, friendly and thorough. Anna and Andrea did a great job and we will be having them back for sure! I’m always pleased with my cleaning from Two Maids, but this past cleaning was the best I’ve ever received! I felt both of the ladies were meticulous and did an extra detailed job that I very much appreciated! I hope to have those two ladies back every single time!

The ladies did great! I work from home and barely knew they were there, meaning I never heard them. They are quick, efficient, and did a great job.
I also have a very tricky kitchen floor - it’s “cobblestone” tile, and often I am not sure it’s really clean because of the way it is. After they left my senior dog had an accident, so I wiped it up and got the Swiffer out, and the pad was clean!! Very pleased to know they can actually get it clean!! Love Two Maids and a Mop!

I was very happy, Anna Andrea and Lydia (apologies if I got any of your names wrong!) We're fantastic and absolutely went above and beyond with the design with time. They were respectful, friendly, courteous, and were able to complete more than I expected. I'm eager to request them again once our roommate moves out as we planned to go on a regular monthly clean from that point on.

I've been a client for several years, with three different teams. I really enjoy Jennifer and Destiny when they clean. They do a great job and are fun to be around when I am at the house. When I am not, I know I will walk into a cleaner house than what I left. I have a 4300 SF house so they work hard for this review.

Makayla and Tisha did a great job on my cleaning today! They are always on time, are very attentive to the smallest of details and leave my home fresh and clean. They continue to work so well with us around our home remodeling project. Everything feels messy and chaotic with all we have going on; however, after they leave it seems so much better! Great job!
