I hired Two Maids in December and had an experience similar to many of the reviews on here. The cleaners were friendly but they did not clean basic places such as toilets or showers. When I sent photos, the person said that I should have scheduled a deep clean for our first time. I understand the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean and know that toilets and showers are part of a basic clean. Whoever I spoke to said they ran out of time, but when you are paying for a service, you are not paying hourly… you are paying for a job completed. I truly believe they just schedule people for a time amount based on what you book and not for a completed job. They could not come back to do those areas they missed because of the holidays. Three stars given because I was given a refund after stating I would have to file a dispute with my bank because I didn’t receive the service I paid for.

We just had our deep clean done today. Andrea and Haley did an amazing job. They went above and beyond expectations. They took their time cleaning our bathrooms, specially the kids' bathroom. That was unexpectedly disgusting. But Andrea turned that bathroom from disgusting to looking like no one ever used it. They cleaned everything and didn't leave until everything was checked off the list.

I love that both of them have a positive attitude. And you can tell they love and are proud of what they do. I would love to have them again for our maintenance cleaning. ☺️

The only reason I'm even giving this service 2 stars is that one of the ladies that came was very hardworking and focused more on the quality of the cleaning than the time it took. First, the lady who scheduled the cleaning gave us the wrong date, noted the wrong email after I repeated it 3 times, and when we called to try to get the service on the correct date they weren't able to and wouldn't let us cancel without a fee. Secondly, there were SO many things missed/deficiently done. Based on the deep-cleaning checklist, the kitchen windows, lights, fans, doors, and cabinets were barely worked on; the bedroom was barely vacuumed, doors and door frames were not completed, and bed liners were DEFINITELY not touched; the living room furniture wasn't even touched, the rug was barely vacuumed. The most frustrating part is that we had already begun deep-cleaning ourselves and just ran out of time. They also had promised that the price we were quoted would go down since they ended up not cleaning 2/3 of the bedrooms. I'm just very disappointed as I put a lot of trust into our house being thoroughly cleaned since we are putting it on the market and here I am having to re-do much of the things we paid for.

I have been a very satisfied customer of two maids for a good period of time. My wife and I couldn’t possibly more satisfied with the service and friendship that we have received from the team that has been our permanent team since we began our relationship with this wonderfully constructed and trained company. Jennifer and Destiny have become very much like members of our family. From the very first time they came into our home they explained what they were planning to do to make our residence look like it belonged in Southern Living. The professionalism with which they clean and refresh the furniture and accessories that we call ours as well as constantly maintaining the walls, windows, floors and ceilings of our home. Words can’t do justice to the talents that they exhibit to us every fortnight, but they bring great joy to our home with each visit through a wonderful,smiling conversation not only with my wife and I but also with our miniature Schnauzer, Django who loves getting attention from both of our new friends with every time they come in. I had hoped that by hiring this company we would secure some one who would keep our house clean at a reasonable price. What God has blessed us with are two talented ladies who not only achieved our hope but exceeded our greatest expectation by bringing the blessing of their friendship into our lives. These teams are amazing!!! No matter if it’s my regular team or a fill in the standards are the same! I can’t say enough about them! My weekends aren’t spent cleaning anymore but enjoying life with my family! Thanks again for all you do at my home and our office!!!

Tisha and Makayla were amazing! This was a surprise from my husband to help get my house back in order. I have a one year old and getting to the baseboards and scrubbing tubs is not always a priority. My house looks brand new.

I highly recommend Two Maids! I have used several services over the years and have been with them for more than a year and love it. They are incredibly reliable and communicative. Makayla and Tisha do a wonderful job each time, taking the time to get the details. I also love that every once in awhile it is someone different to just allow for a different set of eyes on things. Just had our first cleaning yesterday. Adriana’s cleaners were on time and worked diligently the entire time they were here. I was reminded the week before of our appointment and was notified of their arrival time the morning of the cleaning. Very professionally managed and the cleaning was done very thoroughly.

For my first service with Adriana’s they did a deep clean of our house and we were so impressed! It truly was a deep clean—essentially floor to ceiling. Bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen were spotless. They even cleaned our stove and fridge! I look forward to continuing having Adriana’s continue to clean our home going forward.

I’ve been using Adriana’s for a few years now at both my home and my in laws. What I really love is that the output is consistent regardless of which team shows up. I’ve used a number of cleaning services over the years and you simply can’t beat the quality and consistency of Adriana’s.
