Been using Adriana’s cleaning service for about a year now and I’m overall very happy I found them! We have tried a couple of cleaning services previously that we weren’t happy with. Adriana’s was recommended by a friend and I have recommended them to a few friends as well!

Their initial cleaning service had our home feeling like a fresh new home! And then we signed up for a monthly service for upkeep. With me being a first time mom, their upkeep has helped tremendously so I don’t feel like I’m drowning in cleaning.

We have been particular about a few things and they are always kind about it and ensure it’s communicated to their team. The owner/main contact helps with any possible language barrier.

If there was ever a time I didn’t feel like things were cleaned properly, they were always quick to respond and come back or fix it as soon as possible.

My only note is that they do switch up cleaners that come to your home, which we’re fine with but noticed some cleaners pay attention to detail better than others.

Reasonably priced and they have multiple cleaners come at once to make the time of your home being cleaned be as quick as possible while being thorough!

Adrianna’s Cleaning services have been cleaning my home for almost a year now and I am very pleased with their work. My home feels incredible after each visit! We have roughly a 3ksqft home and two ladies come to clean every two weeks. The rates are very fair for the quality of work.

You might want to ask them for their charter number befor you let them spray cause they dont have one

Started getting grass cut. Everything was fine until I received a bill a few months later in which they indicated that they cut one week in which they didn't. I thought no big deal probably a mixup. Texted them asking to confirm dates and received no reply back - then they just stopped showing up! No communication at all. Could not be any more unprofessional.

So they do the mowing for my apartment complex and this is how I come out to my work truck, no room to get out

Turf Dynamic's takes care of a few of my Timmons communities and do a wonderful job. I would recommend them not only for their lawn care maintenance but also because of their communication. If you reach out, they will respond, with our busy calendar that is so important. Chad, Antoinette and Austyn do a great job for us and i look forward to continuing to work with them.

Funny that I saw a recent review about this. I’m not usually one to complain, but the landscaping crew our apartment complex uses has become a real problem. They blow everything straight onto the cars, including leaves, sticks, dust, even gravel. My car has been covered multiple times. It’s frustrating because this happens every time they come through, not just once in a while. Between the constant mess and the risk of scratches, I feel like I’m forced to wash my car way too often. I really hope the apartment management takes a look at this and finds a company that respects residents’ property a little more.
