Kárita and her team have been cleaning our home for several years. With 2 young kids and 2 dogs, they have their work cut out for them! But we have never once had to ask for anything - it’s always a thorough spotless job! Grateful to the team for all their hard work!

We have been using their services for a year now and have been pleased with each cleaning service. We have the biweekly service. Staff is always thorough and kind, communication is great as well. I plan on continuing to use their services 😊 my home is a 2 story home with 2.5 bathrooms, about 2400 sq ft.

Highly recommend this cleaning service. They have been cleaning my house for over 5 years. They are thorough, punctual, pleasant, responsive and well trained by Karita. She has several crews but because they are all so well trained, you cannot tell a difference in the cleaning between the crews. They all do an excelent job.

I had some tenants move out of a rental of mine and left it in pretty rough shape. I wasn't able to clean it myself, so I looked around and saw Karitas Cleaning Service and reached out for help. The problem was I needed it cleaned ASAP, as I had people interested in buying the property scheduled for a walk through. They got me scheduled for the next day, but bad weather/communication got us delayed. However, they showed up in force the following day and took care of business.

For me, the lesson was bad weather always passes through but the sunshine is never far behind. The crew did an absolutely amazing job, I couldn't have asked for more. It literally looked like the tenants had not even lived there for 2 years when they were done. I will definitely use their services again and cannot thank them enough. Truly an amazing job. This was hands down the best customer service experience from start to finish. I needed a last minute cleaning for a move-out and the young lady shared with me available days. They were too far out for me and I was ok with checking with someone else but she instead asked me what days I were looking for, So I shared that info and she checked with her manager and got back with me later that day saying they could fit me in next day. But the experience didn’t stop there. They checked on me during the cleaning asking if everything was moving along as expected and asked if there were any additional areas they could focus on before completion. This was key because it allowed me to emphasize on an area that I felt might get neglected. And after the cleaning was finished I was very satisfied with the final results. I chose not to share that I was a realtor just see how this process was going to go and I now found me a new cleaning partner to help with move in and move out cleaning for my clients! Karita & her ladies have been cleaning our home for 6 years, 2x/ month + a deep "move in" clean when we bought a new house. Their communication is clear on when they're coming, when they're on the way, etc. making it so easy to plan around. We've never had an issue and appreciate having a group we can trust so much. Our favorite touches are the folded toilet paper, refreshed sheets, and that delicious smell we walk in to every time. Thank you for being so very consistent!

I absolutely love coming home to an immaculately clean house. The little touches—like a bow or flower folded from the toilet paper in the bathrooms—are my favorite and make the whole experience feel extra special. Knowing I can leave my home while they’re there is a huge deal for me, and they always make me feel completely comfortable. They do an amazing job every time. Having them come once a month takes one big thing off my plate and makes that week so much easier. Highly recommend!

Karita has made a company that not only hires wonderful cleaners who are super friendly and kind and hardworking, but she’s also made a brand that stands out from others. The service has been consistently amazing from the start. If we ever need to reschedule or have any questions, we just email Gio or Anna and they are very prompt to respond. We are also impressed by the little thoughtful touches like the cute Christmas ornament we received during the holidays, the nice mug they gave us when we first began our service, and other little things that are unnecessary but memorable and very much appreciated. The girls always show up on time and we get text alerts when they are on their way. We’ve had the same team since the start with a couple stand ins here and there and they always have the same standards and you can tell that Karita has built an amazing team! Payments are super easy via invoice or Venmo. Very professional.
