We were having issues with our tankless water heater. We called and made an appointment. The communication received prior to visit kept us updated on the technician’s arrival. Jerad arrived and diagnosed the problem. He communicated each step of the procedure and explained to us the future service when parts arrived via FedEx. He did an excellent job and we are so very appreciative to him and ARS.

Harka did a great job servicing my heating unit. He explained things that he completed and made sure everything was working before leaving.

I just bought my new central heat and air system from ARS. This included adding all new duct work and, installing into my upstairs attic space. Zachary and company were able to do this in 3 days. The ductwork came apart at a spliced area, and ARS sent Bryce out to repair it. They were very professional, courteous, and kept us informed of what they did. Great company
