Installation guys were great, the salesman Rick, I believe promised things that were not fullfied, not absolutely clear on hos wordings, the clarification of the things that were discussed about were not clearly translated going to be done with the installation. Felt rushed and pressured to make a quick decision. Some things were clesrly lacking. As far as what he said would be done and what was actually done.

I was on a business call so my wife met the service person to complete the installation project that didn’t pass code inspection. It looks like we were charged $1:00 for the visit. Not sure why since this visit was to complete the original installation. Questions??

The tech who came was very nice! However, this company is bad. I'm paying for a system for 5 years and will continue to pay for another five years. The system only worked for two of that 5 years. They asked for 3981 to repair the messed-up compressor! The young man who came explained that I could have received other options, such as service, parts, and labor, as well as maintenance when the system was installed. Unfortunately, those options were not given to me.
I love that the tech was very patient and ready to explain the situation, but unfortunately, it is too late! I did not give this company a 1 because of the tech's gentleness and politeness! -
Was going to charge $1200. I said no. Went to Lowe’s and got everything in need for $92 and fixed my self.

Overpriced! Wanted over $1,000 to replace 2 sink cartridges. $20 in parts total. Maybe 15 minutes worth of labor. The upsell was to replace the sinks for $4,400. Customer Service told me they would arrive with the parts. The Tech told me that customer service just says whatever to get the tech to come by. Spent $120 to have the tech show up and tell me what I already knew and offer me overpriced labor charges.

I was shocked at the price I was quoted for clearing a small bathroom drain and install a faucet that I already had. $873. I’m canceling my contract with them today after 20 years.

Our HVAC was installed new in June 2025. Everyting was fine until the weather turned cold. A repairman came out on December 8th because our blower was running too long. A piece on the heat side was defective and we had to use emerency heat only until a new part arrived. Well, it wasn't until January 22nd until they they were able to come out and replace the part. We were using emergency heat all that time, running up our electric bill. While the repairman was good, our original salesman was useless in helping us find out why the part wasn't in, along with not getting us our original signed paperwork and refused to call us back. There is no direct line to our ARS office and you have to rely on calling their call center and hope that someone will get your message and call you back, but they never do. Also their automated scheduling system is a joke. Twice it told us that we were scheduled to have a service call for a service not needed. Of course no one came.

ARS has tuned up my hvac fir about 3 years. Each time with a warning that it might need replacing. But they seem to do a good job checking everything. However the last tine they came they told me I needed 4K worth of repairs and should consider a new unit. I got 2 second opinions after that and they told me my unit was in good shape, maybe some minor repairs in the future. I am through with ARS
