I want a shout out to Ethan Weber. I think he is the youngest service guy I’ve ever had. He was extremely polite, very honest, very professional, kind, courteous and personable. I hope in the fall he returns for our fall inspection. I’m very impressed in his work ethics. Props to his parents. Ethan gets 5 stars from us. I will recommend Parker’s to anyone.

Called multiple companies to check on an issue with the furnace short cycling, Parker had availability, the Tech, Ben Freeman, did an amazing job at diagnosing and fixing the issues and offered me options for payment that included joining their annual maintenance membership

Ethan came to my house to service my units and did an excellent job! He was super knowledgeable about every question I asked and made the needed updates to my unit. Would definitely suggest Ethan for any your HVAC needs at parkers!

Parker’s Heating & Air is top notch. Their techs were very professional, courteous, and personable. I was even impressed by their office staff when dealing with them on the phone and via texts scheduling an emergency visit. While at my home the techs smelled gas and discovered three gas leaks from when another company had installed a new water heater nine months ago, and were able to repair those as well. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I felt they really had my best interest at heart. I can’t say enough about Matthew and Avery who helped us that day. Besides getting our system up and running again, going that extra mile and taking the time to track those gas leaks that weren’t even part of the HVAC may have saved our lives.

Top quality service and my tech Matthew obviously knows what he is doing. First rate professional and knowledgeable. They came out after I wanted a 2nd opinion questioning the diagnosis of their primary competitor. Matthew found an obvious issue causing my system glitch that the other company did not find, or evidently look for, causing the bad diagnosis. Will be using them again, highly recommend.

They were timely and efficient when handling our hvac needs and concerns. The technician explained everything that was going on and explained what we needed to do to fix the issue as well as other things that I could do to get better results in the future. The work hasn't been completed yet but I am sure when they do it will be amazing.

Overall GREAT service by everyone at Parkers, especially Noe and Ethan for servicing my new unit. They provided excellent service, answered any questions I had, and their knowledge is top tier! I highly recommend this company anyone needing a new system and/or maintenance on their HVAC.

I had some new siding installed on my house. I needed the sheet metal covering the exterior ducting and electrical breaker for the HVAC redone. Parker came out and did a great job. They also ran one of the cables through the inside of the house and lifted up the trunk after seeing some condensation. Looks much better!
