Our heat went off sometime during the night. It was 63 this morning so I called and they were able to come out today. Did a thorough check and said it was the thermostat wasn’t communicating well. They installed a new one and helped us set up with WiFi. Very friendly but professional and helpful. We signed up for service plan as well. We always had one where we lived before and feel like it is worth the money.

Our unit was dying slowly a few months ago and we called for quotes from a few companies. Parkers was the only one that not only provided a quote but also explained things that were off wit our duct system and how they could help our efficiency.

The day of install went smoothly and it was independently checked by a supervisor before the installers left our property. During the recent winter storm, we called about making sure we were clearing ice from the unit appropriately and their office team were more than patient and kind with walking us through the steps needed to make sure the fan didn't freeze.

I have been highly impressed with Parkers and hope to continue to be so. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Parkers, especially with David Fiermonte. I was told by a competitor that my HVAC unit needed to be replaced and quoting me a huge amount for a basic new unit. David came in and explained how my unit was installed inefficiently by the builder and quoted me a much lower price for an upgraded unit. They finished the work in a day and I'm very happy with the outcome.

I called them in pinch for my business and they let me know that since I wasn't a part of their customer care program they couldn't come out on a weekend and look at my system. I had used them on a weekend in the past and called them first since they came out before and was shot down. They told me they could come out on Monday. My salon was 93 degrees inside and I couldn't let my stylists or my customers sweat. I will no longer be calling on them in the future.
