Joe and Hunter were at my house at 8am on the day that my heat failed. Left to get parts, returned and finished and gone by 930a. We really needed this, as the outside temp was 22, and we were freezing. Thanks for a great job guys!

AC went out at 7 pm on July 4th. We called Paschall to see how long of a wait to have them look at it. They came out and repaired our AC on July 5th. 90F was what my in house temp was; Needless to say we are very grateful and recommend calling them.

Called to check on status of a repair part. Discovered it had already been installed in my Sister-In-law's unit. Very confident in their service and we love the unit we purchased from them 2 years ago.

April 2022:Back in January 2021 y’all recommended Paschall Heating & Air for a leaking HW Heater who came out, found the leak instead of telling me I needed a new HW Heater, fixed the problem and all has been good since. Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again, Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn’t need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks…they do good work and make sure the job is done right!

Jan 2021: I thought I was going to need a new water heater based on the water on my garage floor and where it was leaking from. I did some research and started the process to get some estimated for installation. Paschall Heating & Air sent Jason Krauss out to take a look and provide me an estimate. As he was looking things over he tells me “I don’t think you need a new water heater”…there was a pinhole in the expansion tank that was dripping. So in the end…a new expansion tank was considerably lower in cost versus a new water heater and installation.

I had my HVAC unit replaced around Thanksgiving time. This company is so amazing to work with and patient too. I highly recommend this family business.

Jason is great. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and quite simply AMAZING, diagnosing, explaining, and Fixing the issue. Jason has a determination and work ethic that is rare to find today. Jason is five stars, top tier, the best in my opinion.
