We just replaced our HVAC unit and used Paschall Heating & Air. We were extremely pleased with them! They seem to be very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to calls. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need when you need it. The owner is wonderful to work with! All of his employees were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them if you have any heating and/or cooling needs.

Recommended by our local realtor, Jay Goslee, they were able to save our bacon during a recent heat spell. The technician we dealt with was friendly but professional and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Top notch!

We woke up this morning to a 55° house. Total nightmare bc we both had to work. Placed a call to Paschal’s and while he couldn’t come out immediately, he promised to try his best to get out here to the boondocks today. And he made it! Come to find out, there were 2 heating coils that weren’t even working because our unit had been wired up wrong ( by someone else) He corrected it, hung around a while to be sure it started doing it’s job … and was even kind enough to put the little pups in because my son had accidentally left them out. He went above and beyond and my home is now so nice and toasty warm! Thank you , thank you for such wonderful service!

Used Paschall's for a new unit back in 2018. Sprung a coolant leak last weekend. Called them just after they opened on Monday, tech at my house just 3 hours later, leak diagnosed, unit recharged, part ordered, everything covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty from the install 7 years ago. How many companies ACTUALLY follow through with that sort of thing?

After 2 other companies couldn’t fix our AC Joe and his son Brian found the problem and had me back up and running!

I've got to give BIG KUDOS to Joe Paschall and Paschall Heating and Air.
They were able to replace our entire HVAC system on extremely short notice and had us fixed in less than 24 hours.
We went almost a week without air and it was almost 90 degrees in our home. Had to spend 3 days in a hotel until I made the call to Mr. Joe.
Fast, Professional, Compassionate and understanding to our needs and budget.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing great service and great prices.

Being a Christian owned company and down to earth didn't hurt as well.
This is my family's testimony of this company. Do your own due diligence and then call them and find out for yourself.

What awesome communication, craftsmanship and customer service. I would recommend Joe to anyone for anything hvac. He picked up the phone when I called and followed through with amazing work. He was honest, respectful and followed thru with the promises he made.

Horrible horrible company! Their staff came out to my 83 yr old mothers house to work in the unit. Pulled away the HVAC and claimed they saw a skunk and left like in picture. Did not give my mom temp air during the times it temps reached over 100 degrees. My mom had to stay with me. Got TWO wildlife remover guys out and they confirmed no animals was under the house. Called the company and they sent someone out a week later on a Friday to inspect and not to fix they still refused to fix. Called Brentwood Comfort Control on Saturday. They came out without delay since they considered this an emergency and fixed with no problem and did not charge us a emergency weekend fee due to the circumstances. I will NEVER use this company again.
