Paschall Heat & Air installed our HVAC systems when we built our home 5 years ago and they have performed maintenance on our systems every spring and fall. We have been very impressed and pleased with their work and their professionalism. They also performed maintenance and repairs on our HVAC systems in our previous home. They are prompt if you have an issue. They are hands down the best HVAC company around!

We had been told our dampers were cheap, not adjustable and needed replaced by a previous company and it would cost a little over $1000. Well Joe Paschall came to the rescue. Not only do our dampers not need to be replaced but there is a manual adjustment on them and they were not what he would call cheap. So our system was fixed for about a tenth of what the other company quoted.

Very knowledgeable about zoned air systems so if you need someone that understands how to balance the air in each zone, call Paschall Heating & Air!

I needed a new unit to replace mine that was almost 30 years old. I had him recomended by several other people who had work done by them in my neighborhood. Joe and his staff, was very profesional, very good pricing, on time, and did excellent quality work! I would reccomend him for any of your HVAC needs!

We were impressed when they moved their business in our community and cleaned up an eyesore. Wanting to support our community we called for an estimate. They came when promised and gave us a good estimate. Return 2 days later to perform the work. We believe they are find people to do business with and highly recommend them to everyone in our community.

Joe and his team are wonderful. They serviced our old HVAC that was in our house when we bought it. When it was time to replace with a new one they got us taken care of quickly.

A great company! They were punctual, professional, and a great value for the price. We were having issues with our unit and they came out immediately! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Wow! I was so lucky to pick these guys to help get my air conditioning running again after another company severely damaged my ac unit when installing a backup generator which they wired wrong. Since I drive by Paschall's office all the time and they could come within 5 minutes I decided to use them. The Tech said the wires that were not correctly wired blew out control boards and put at least 30 holes in my coil. They called Trane and they said a new coil was not available for 2 weeks and they didn't have the whole unit in stock to swap out. Joe Paschall said they would take the coil to their shop to see if they could weld it up to get me by until a new coil was available. We only had to live without AC for one night thank god. These guys went was above and beyond to help us out. In the future I will be using them for maintenance and repair once my other maintenance contract expires. Their maintenance contract is cheaper than what I am paying now I know. Since the generator company is paying to repair the AC unit they blew up, can't comment on that pricing right now. I did feel like they were doing everything they could to fix my unit.

Words cannot express the appreciation and respect that I have for Paschall Heating & Air from their customer service department to their technichians! They are a wonderful family owned business that care about their customers and place quality over quantity. I only wish I had found them earlier and not have waisted my hard earned money and time with other subpar HVAC companies in the past. They are my dependable “go to” HVAC company. Thanks guys, my family and I appreciate you!!

Paschalls is excellent to deal with. They are focused on customer service and not on how to pay for TV ads and expensive trucks. Not only are they experienced, but they take the time to educate the customer. They give you options to help you make an informed decision. They are the best HVAC company in Middle Tennessee that I've dealt with. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Paschall. Jason was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options, with no pressure. New units were installed three days later. Even got to meet Joe as he was finishing up the job. Felt like friends were taking care of my home!

Brian was here within the hour, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it promptly. He was very professional and thorough.
