First let me mention that I am a retired residential contractor and my relationship with Precision goes back almost 20 years. Brandon has been to my house before and is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have met. He patiently answered my questions as we diagnosed the issues with my systems, and he took care of them.

Chris did a great job servicing both my units. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the service I received.

Matthew was so professional and helped us to see how to improve our home’s air quality! We really appreciate his expertise. We will be requesting him in the future. Thank you!

Everyone was very kind and helpful however my problem was not resolved by the first techs to come out and I was a bit frustrated. So I called again the next day. Brandon came out and was able to find the issue. He was very patient and explained the situation and took the time to make sure I made the best choice for my situation going over my options and explaining things to me in a clear and professional manner. He understood my frustration and really made me feel like he wanted to help and make thing right. I appreciated him for not treating me as just another Hvac unit but as a person needing his expertise. I would use them again and request Brandon.

First time use of this business for a home inspection of geo thermal unit. Nathan did a fantastic job of explaining the system, inspecting the unit and its components, and checking the system performance to specs. He also shared onsite on maintenance items and what potential things to know for the future.

Matthew was very helpful and insightful. Didnt try to oversell or do unnecessary repairs. Made it a great experience when dealing with difficult issues.

I’ve been using Precision Air To service my geothermal system for Several years and have met many excellent service technicians during this time. Matthew Ford was new to me when he came out to do an annual maintenance on my geothermal system recently. I am so impressed by his Methodical approach to the technical evaluation of my Attic and crawlspace systems And the ease and clarity of his explanations of his processes. I always make myself present when these systems are evaluated because I like to See how things work. Matthew took apart and looked at everything, and I commented that he was evaluating elements of my system that no other technician had bothered with. It Resulted in the discovery of an issue that was right on the verge of causing a real headache. I am grateful that he caught it in a timely fashion. Employee turnover is inevitable with companies like this, and I am very grateful that Precision Air is always able to replenish their workforce with such quality personnel. Thank you, Matthew.

Annual fall maintenance on my HVAC system.kelvin was very thorough.he arrived on time and did not rush through the process. he took pictures as he did the checks/inspection and took time to go over them with me. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.. a definite asset to the Precision team!!

Matthew Ford is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious and wonderful about explaining what he sees, what he did, and what to expect in terms that non-techniciansscan under. We recommend him very highly.

A/C Plus is awesome. I use them for both my HVAC and Plumbing. BY far BOTH Sam (HVAC) & Mark (Plumbing) are outstanding! Utmost professional from beginning to the end of tending to my homes needs. I'm thankful for both of these professional tradesman! Thank you A/C Plus!!

Today's technician Matthew discovered the previous unit from 2005 had two different sized breakers each going to the wrong components. The 35 amp breaker ran the 60 amp emergency heat and the 60 amp breaker ran the 35 amp geo unit. We had a new unit installed in December 2024. It still had the old breakers and until October 2025 when Matthew came to service the unit no one found this error and replaced them with the correct sizes. This could have been a fire hazard. He was very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable and we are very happy to have this finally completed.

He was very pleasant and warm. He was also very neat and clean with his work. There was no need to cleanup after his work was finished

John came out in a very timely manner and was extremely concerned about our plumbing issues.He went out of his way and above and beyond what anyone else would have done , cut no corners and done everything professionally..... Even though he had lots more calls that day marines really don't quit thank you john...

Samuel with Precision Air did an exceptional job with my geothermal HVAC service. He is very knowledgeable and courteous.

It’s stressful having to update anything in your home. We had to replace our entire unit. Brennan was honest, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable about our unique needs based on the design of our home. I highly recommend Precision Air (and especially Brennan) for all HVAC needs.
