I’ve used Riley Services for awhile, and always find the company to be reputable, professional and knowledgeable. Recently, I used Rylan for some services, and I could not have been more pleased. He really went above and beyond to help me find the equipment that I needed, and he followed through after to make sure I was satisfied. I really like the personal touch that this company uses.

Riley Services did an amazing job updating our 1970s ranch style home’s electrical box, installing new ceiling fans and lights, and adding a new electric box for our Mother In Law suite. Rylan was extremely professional and friendly. He came early and worked hard through out the day, cleaning as he went so that our home was still livable even with all of the work being done. I typically don’t feel very comfortable in my home when someone is doing repairs, but it felt more like having my neighbor over to fix things up than a stranger. And the work was done much better than my neighbor could do it! Impeccable service and craft. 1000/10 would recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Riley services. They worked really hard to replace our HVAC and duct work, knocked it out in a couple days. They stayed late, they cleaned up their mess, and were really upfront about pricing. Awesome group of people and will definitely work with them again in the future.

Riley Services came out to check out our AC unit after another company came out and made a "diagnosis". Well William came out and checked it out and found that the "diagnosis" was not even the problem! Our unit is running cool and the price was WAY less, so win win! We will definitely call then back when we need a HVAC tech!

They came out and quickly repaired my broken AC. Service was professional and the price was great. Had them install new thermostats while on the visit as well. Highly recommend them for any and all AC related work.

Great job. Rylan did all our outdoor lights in the front. I have no imagination and Rylan placed the lights exactly the way I like them. I don’t know how he was able to do it so well without tearing up my sod but he did. We came back from vacation and he had the lights on and turning off perfect timing. I had told him how my wife didn’t want them shining in the bedroom window and they were perfectly placed. Rylan also repaired the lights another electrician wired in my back yard under my new patio. I didn’t have clean anything up he was very neat and tidy. I had 3 other quotes on the lights and he wasn’t the cheapest but thousands from the highest and the quality was excellent. He also called back to make sure we were happy and offered come by and teach me how to use the timer. Great guy very trustworthy and good timely work. We had a scheduled time and he was early. Would recommend him to everyone

It's an honor for me to be aquainted with Ethan and William. They're genuinely honest and fair people. They've consistently earned my trust over the years, and it gives me a great peace of mind to know that I'm able to rely on their integrity. They're always knowledgable, efficient, considerate, and responsive as well.

Riley Services is great. I first had them out as part of a kitchen remodel that I hired a contractor to organize, who brought them in. Since then, I've had Rylan out for a full electric service upgrade (200 -> 400amp service), running 200amp service to the new shop, and wiring the new shop. I then had him out again to install a 3phase panel and phase converter, all of which was done quickly and on budget. I'd recommend Riley Services to anyone for electrical or HVAC work.

The recent ice storm caused a couple of large tree limbs to fall on the power line from the street to my house. It ripped down the power line, causing damage to my riser pole, breaker box, and roof. We were without power for 3 days, but as soon as I got the name of Rylan at Riley Services, I called, and he and his crew were onsite the same day, working into the night to get the electric riser pole replaced and installing a the new breaker box. Thanks to their hard work, Mid TN Electric was able to come out that same night and restore electricity to our house. Rylan and Riley Services were a godsend! He worked quickly and efficiently, and the repairs were done with the utmost care and at reasonable prices, especially considering the frigid temperatures and harsh weather conditions. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!
