Sold me a house plant with a defective pot. Not willing to help me out after I spent $200 there. A great way to lose repeat business! I would expect a bad pot / plant from Lowe’s but not this place.

Edit: I figured out why my plant stayed wet for over a month and was root rotted, they used the incorrect soil for my type of plant. Thankfully I went to martins and was actually told information to lead me to success. I would have brought a lot of repeat business too

We bought topsoil here. We only needed half a yard. The guy helped us load them by shovel from a tarp, into bags and into the back of our SUV. He was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help us load over 15 bags of dirt. The price was the best price we found in town.

This place is great with friendly and smart employees, and this place has everything for your landscaping needs as well as indoor plants also. They carry what seems to be every Tennessee climate friendly plant there is and even some things that are not. The prices here are comparable to any other place in Rutherford county. Just about everything in these pictures was bought from Southbranch.

This place has been here for decades and I have always had great experiences. They are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I have used them for installation and mulching services and always been happy. Great people

Beautiful work! I’m so impressed by Clint and his team at Southbranch. I showed up as the full-on Hot Mess Express, and somehow they transformed it into something that actually looks like I have my life together. 🚂✨

They worked magic I didn’t even know was possible—like HGTV meets Extreme Makeover with a side of Chick-fil-A level customer service. 10/10 would recommend if you want your chaos transformed into Pinterest-board perfection.

Miss dawn and several other employees went the extra mile for me today and I really really appreciate it.
