I can't speak as to how they are as a retailer, except that store hours are extremely limited. You pretty much have to take time off work to get anything from them. What's the point? They're only open 4 hrs on Saturdays and closed Sundays.

They always have what you need, fairly priced. However, they rarely have enough people to take care of everyone coming through the door. The wait times for assistance can be ridiculous at times. Otherwise, good place.

Bad service employees are not friendly told me that they have cut 20 ft pipe then we had to do it our self wested my time came there to pick up items but they’re ready for pick up and some items are missing at store don’t come here if you’re in emergency go to Kenny pipe supply instead at 1505 Rutledge Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37129

Brandon at the sales counter has been nonstop help every single time i come in. Might not be the biggest location, but they are definitely knowledgeable and willing to do what they can to make sure you get the job done.

I was looking for a new ‘State’ brand water heater to replace the one at my house that was good for 20 years. Ferguson had them and for not much more than the cheapest tanks at Home Depot or Lowe’s. I am just a home owner/do-it-yourself guy, not a licensed pro and I was able to purchase here. The first one I brought home had a really bad dent in it. I was able to bring it back to exchange without any problem, they only asked if it had been installed, and the new exchanged one is perfect. The guys at the counter are friendly and helpful. The entrance for the plumbing/hvac supplies is on the right side of the building by the dock doors.
