Braxton came out to Give me my estimate and look for the leak the very next morning and I had called late the evening before. Braxton was extremely friendly and professional. Braxton was able to squeeze me into his schedule the very next day to come and do the work. He brought one of his workers, Robert and a couple other guys in the crew. They were all extremely nice and did great work at an amazing price. For plumbing work, These guys are the only ones I’m going to be calling. Thank y’all. I recommend these guys for your plumbing needs above and beyond a five star rating. They don’t know I took a picture hope they don’t mind. They replaced both water pipes from meter to house. They filled everything back in and flattened it back out.

TN Plumbing Solutions is fantastic! Free estimates and good pricing were key to making the decision to hire them to replace 6 bathroom faucets, 2 u-pipes and replace a toilet and toilet flange. Braxton and Cody were courteous and very knowledgeable and did beautiful work in my older, custom built home. Where do I start! Braxton came out on time, greeted me with a smile.. He was here to install a new toilet I had purchased.. He asked if I had questions before he got started.. He did a fantastic job!! He was very professional!

Aaron arrived at my residence promptly to address a leak issue, which he skillfully resolved without any difficulty. His expertise was truly impressive, and I wholeheartedly endorse both him and the company to others.

I requested a replacement of the toilet shut-off valve and R & M Plumbing Solutions came to do it promptly. Bobby was professional and it was easy to discuss about the repair. Everything was good except one thing. The rusty cover at the root was not replaced, making the appearance of the finished work bad, as if it is not brand new replacement. In the past I had some plumbing repairs. They replaced all the small things like this with new one by default. The parts are not something expensive ($2-$3) and I don't understand why R & M did not change the cover. I think it is not necessary to be stingy as it really affect the look of finished work. I attached the photo of finished work.

Braxton and team did a thorough and professional job today at my house. Installed new gas lines, plumbed and made sure everything looked clean. Great experience and would recommend!

Aaron was the tech that came out and put my faucet on in my backyard.He was very nice from the time I first met him when he first came out about a week ago.He was very polite, very knowledgeable of his work and explain everything down to the t or what he was going to be able to do. And he always had a smile on his face. And this is why I give him the highest rating. And the reason why I said overpriced is because it only took twenty minutes or less for him change the long piece of the faucet, and that's it.

Don't use this company! We had two toilets installed last year in November, we were told that we needed an offset because our toilet wasn't set correct. We agreed and the plumber left to go to Lowe's to buy the part, was gone about 2 hours. Came back installed both toilets and they were crooked. My husband adjusted them the best he could. We called the company yesterday because one of the toilets was super loose again and couldn't be tightened by my husband. They came and fixed it but charged us $385 to reset a toilet that they installed pourly in the first place. I could understand a small fee for the hour the plumber was here but $385 is absolutely ridiculous!! Will never use them again!!

Jacob done a great job in the replacement of my pressure gage for my gas meter. He had a trainer with him Connor, he done a good job as well. I appreciate on how Jacob explained the purpose of this pressure gage. He is very sharp technician, that knows how to complete the job correct. This is a good team. Keep up the good work.

As I'm sure you know, finding a business that you can actually trust is a bit of a nightmare. Yesterday I struggled with that because I've got a plumbing problem. These guys were awesome! Robert and Jonathan came out today and fixed my problem showed me how the people who replaced all of my Plumbing in 2021 made bad choices that need fixing 🤦‍♀️. And oddly enough, that company doesn't have record of anything before 2022 and I had my Plumbing replaced in 2021. They say they have a new system or something. Anyway I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs and I will continue to use them. They were very nice, very informative and very reasonable ..😀 Plumbing Solutions
