Tyler Richardson came out two days in a row until we checked every single toilet, sink and pipe in the office. He didn’t give up until he found the leak. I have nothing but great things to say about Tyler. Very knowledgeable & professional, the price on our invoice was lower than the price that was quoted. Call Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs!

Tyler was outstanding at addressing a major emergency clog in a main drain of ours. What could have been a disaster was promptly repaired by Tyler in the most professional manner and I am highly impressed with his will and knowledge of the plumbing business. If I ever need any plumbing assistance in the future, I will request Tyler personally. Tyler was noble and his work ethic is above and beyond. You can't go wrong with Roto-Rooter. I have used them several times, along with other companies, and due to their punctuality, dependability, trustworthiness, and great service, they will continue to be my go to business when it comes to my plumbing needs. I had a recent water leak and tried to use my warranty company to service my claim and it was a horrible experience. The technician was a no call no show and never responded to calls or returned messages. Days had passed and the warranty company was still unable to get anyone to come out to investigate and repair my water leak. Fortunately, I made a call to Roto-Rooter and Seth arrived in less than 20 minutes and before I knew it, my water leak was diagnosed and repaired without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services!

Ralph with Roto Rooter was amazing! He showed me everything and what needed to be done and was very upfront and transparent with pricing! He did an amazing job, best plumber I’ve ever had! He saved us over $1000 from quotes and useless work that a few other plumbers told us we needed.
Will definitely call and ask for Ralph first should any future plumbing issues arise. I give Ralph and Roto Rooter a 10 out of 10

After another plumber wreaked havoc on my plumbing I called Roto Rooter. Tyler responded and worked tirelessly until my water problems were resolved. That was no easy task given the nature of the problems and the lack of clearance under my house. Everyone that I dealt with from this company was very courteous and professional. Thank you Tyler I certainly appreciate the job you did! I plan to use this company, Roto Rooter on John Bragg Hwy, when the need arises in the future.

I am SO IMPRESSED by this company, and I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had a pretty bad main line clog last night around 9:00pm, with sewer water coming up out of our shower drain, so we definitely needed someone immediately. Called a "Happy" company and explained the situation, and their "earliest availability was the next day around 5:00pm." Useless per usual.

We called Roto-Rooter, and a kind lady picked up immediately and said she would check with their guys and give us a call back quickly. Not two minutes later, she called back and told us that they had someone on the way (Seth). Seth arrived shortly thereafter and was GREAT to work with. Honestly the best, easiest, most professional interaction I've ever had with a service company of any kind, especially considering it was after hours on a cold night.

Cannot say enough good things about Seth and Roto-Rooter, from the professionalism, to the service, to even telling me to just call them in the morning for the payment (which the lady who helped us this morning was equally fantastic). Very rare in this day and age to have such fantastic service from top to bottom in a company.

Again, I would give this company 10 stars if I could, and I definitely will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!

Brad Boyce just left my house for the third or fourth time and I just had to give him a shout out. Every time he comes...always the same day, by the way, he is friendly, efficient and professional. We have used Roto Rooter for several years and always tell our friends and business people that they are the best! Keep it up and thanks again Brad!

I have to give a shot out to Seth! I had a bad garbage disposal, he replaced it with one l had, a leaky toilet that was running my 1/2 bath floor that he fixed worn a tank repair kit and a useless dishwasher that he replaced written one that was delivered while he was here. Seth showed a positive attitude and a great work ethic! He got right to work, didn't seem to mind that l was watching his work. Mastter of fact, he took time to explain different steps in his repair techniques. I'll be calling RotorRooter in the future and requesting Seth. He is a definite asset to your work force, 5+ Stars

Tyler went above & beyond taking care of plumbing issue at my rental home in Woodbury. He was there until after 10 pm find source of problem which was on the city water/sewer. He called them with me on the line & they were there 7am next morning.
Tyler called me after they left & let me know it was fixed.
Tyler’s communication skills & professionalism were outstanding. Thank you👍!!

Tyler did an awesome job. Came in and within minutes had my sink going. Very nice and manners. If I need help again, he will be the one I call.

We’ve had to use them twice now and they’ve been amazing. First time they came out very quickly. Second time kept us updated with the timing. They were in and out quickly and doing great work. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Hate to have to call a plumber but will always use them! They make it so easy and painless.

This company in whole has been exceptional but one in particular name is Tyler who has been nothing but courteous and came out to help us , called us many times to see how our service is doing. Not many people does this. I recommend his service and he needs a raise! He will be my go to. His partner, I did not get his name was also great and needs a raise as well. Quite pleased with my recent Roto-Rooter experience. Jason the tech was very professional and courteous, quickly diagnosing and replacing malfunctioning water heater thermostats. Due to age of the unit I fully expected total replacement. Fortunately that wasn’t the case. Honestly and integrity goes a long way. I am most appreciative.

Last Sunday, I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbers Mid TN bout a worrisome leak in our pantry, and I was blown away by their amazing service! Brad and Jason replaced water Heater. Also, they removed old cast iron pipe drain for washing machine. Drain was clogging. Installed PVC pipe drain for washing machine. Gave an estimate same day as request for quote. Installation next day , and cleaned up work area before leaving. Nice work.
P.S. Wilson had no problems with the work, they woke him up couple of times.

I had a clogged commode that was giving me trouble and created a lot of anxiety. I had the pleasure of working with Ralph this morning and he unintentionally eased all my worries. He was very calm and friendly and got the job done quickly. He then kindly offered to fix my door handle that had been loose for a while. Not my first time using this company and each time I will say I’ve received excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a stopped toilet that was causing a lot of stress. I called Roto Rooter and they send Ralph the same day, who did a great job. He checked all my clean out valves and got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained in detail how to make sure this does not happen again. I will use Roto Rooter again if need be.
