This guy comes same day to our shop even in the afternoon every time we have plumbing issues. All I have to do is shoot him a text and he responds quickly! He is so friendly and does a thorough job, cleanup and all, for a VERY reasonable price. Wish I could give him 20 stars!!

Todd came out to see us last minute on Halloween evening. I lost the diamond out of my engagement band, and thought it had gone down the drain of my bathtub. Todd came to the rescue! Turns out, we just needed him to shine his flashlight at just the right angel for the diamond to reflect off of a blanket in the floor!! Mr. Todd was so pleasant, and we will definitely call him for any future needs.

Polite, friendly, prompt, professional, inexpensive. I had several small repairs that needed to be done and he knocked them all out quickly during his initial visit.

I will never call a different plumber as long as I live in this area!

Had a frozen pipe, randomly in the house even though we dripped faucets. He called me back when no one else would and came out quickly that night (x-mas eve). Helped figure out where the issue was coming from and fix it.

I called he said he would call me back next morning to set up a time,Never DID , I called again and left message , he text me back said he had commercial work going on but said I promise I will call you later and setup a time. Never did. We were with out a shower for a extra day because of his Bad Communication skills so a Korean war./Vietnam retired vet that is very disabled had to wait to clean. He might be a great plumber but i would not know.

T. Lenard Plumbing & Drain saved the day! We had a clog in the outside pipe and water on the floor in the house. We called him at 945 at night and he was super nice. He was at our house by 1030 and we were done by 1100. I had this same service done 4 years ago and the "club" price was a lot more than he charged. He was friendly and courteous. He will be the one I call next time.

I needed a couple of toilets clogged and Todd was able to come the next day and take care of it. Will reach out to him for my next plumbing need. Great guy and responsive.

I had pipes that were vibrating when my main bathroom sink and shower were used. I called Todd on a Sunday and he was at my house within 90 minutes. He secured my pipes in the crawlspace and replaced the aftermarket cartridge in my shower controls with an original delta product. This solved the problem. He was pleasant to deal with and his price was very fair.

Todd is just the best. I called the first company about a bad smell coming from my water and they quoted me $2300 to replace my water heater over the phone without even looking at it.

I called Todd and he said he would come check it out. Told me I had a few more years at least with my water heater and flushed it to kill the smell.

Todd is an expert and a professional and he absolutely earned me a s a customer for life. I cannot recommend Todd enough. :)

We had no idea of what plumber in the area could fit us in on a holiday weekend and this was the first place we called. After telling him our issues, he said he could come the next morning, then called back and said he could come that very night if that was okay. Heck yes! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Todd did amazing same day service at my house. He was very kind, and helped me very quickly. I had a leak in an outside faucet & the pipes under my house were shaking. He fixed the leak and secured the pipes for an excellent price. He is my permanent plumber.

Todd was very quick to get us scheduled and was here the next day. Our hot water heater was installed quickly with a lot of attention paid to our wood floors, general neatness, etc. We hired him for a second job of disconnecting a water softener system which required under the house crawling around. While under the house he discovered a potential disaster where a wire holding up a copper pipe was wearing through the pipe, about to open the pipe. He corrected it while under the house. So he was very aware of all the plumbing system not just what he was called in for. Great guy, Great service. Thanks Todd.

We had an issue with our water heater and bathroom plumbing after the freezes that occurred this winter. He was very nice on the phone, but when we set an appointment he rescheduled several times. When he finally arrived to assist, he did fix the water heater. When working on the shower, he told us we needed to order a part off Amazon to complete the repair. Once the part arrived, he never came out to finish the job. He was paid in full at this point. We reached out several times to confirm a time which he never came through on. It has been months. Finally, he stopped answering completely.

I had a problem with the drain and I called my land lord and he sent out Roto Rooter. Brad showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and didn't leave a mess. When I get my own house in the future, I'll be using Roto Rooter.

I have used Roto-Rooter over several years and they never cease to exceed my expectation. Oh, and this time, I had several projects I had let go that had to be handled before more family moved in. I was sure it would be an all day affair but they were gone by lunch! And talk about considerate...they were so considerate of my aging father and VERY respectful...I will never allow myself to be talked into deviating from Roto-Rooter to another plumbing company again that I am STILL paying the price for doing business with instead of calling Roto-Rooter. THIS is the company to handle all your plumbing needs.

After many days and 3 other plumbers Roto- Rooter was able to handle our issue. Mike did a great job he was professional neat and went above and beyond to try to figure out our issue. Roto- Rooter will be our first call from now on.

Had a clog in my main line that I'd been trying to treat chemically for several days with no luck. Early this morning, I called several places just trying to find a same-day availability.

Within 20 minutes of calling Roto-Rooter, they had two guys show up and get to work. Within 2 hours, they had unclogged and patched up the line.

Excellent service and the price was reasonable. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES (even if they say they're flushable)!

We had an emergency at 8:30pm. On a Friday night no less. We had to turn off the main water line to the house and we're stressing how we were going to get this leak fixed on a weekend. I called and they came to my rescue. Thank you Matt and the whole Roto team for being here within an hour and fixing my leak. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Tyler is awesome! He has came out to our property and taken care of all kinds of things! He is on top of it and very knowledgeable.

Tyler was professional and found water leakage that I didn’t know was taking place. Because of not able to hear it in the wall. He is very knowledgeable in what he was doing and explaining himself. He answered questions and was good at explaining things. I was very impressed in how knowledgeable he was as a plumber.

My apartment complex used Roto Rooters to run water lines, and the team they sent was professional, friendly, efficient, and flexible. Despite the fact that they were just under contract to get the work done, they worked hard to help accommodate me and make sure the work was done well. When and if I ever have a home, they are going to be my go to plumbers here in Murfreesboro, and I highly recommend them.
