A clogged toilet on Thanksgiving day with 10 people is not a good thing, but rotor rooter serviceman came in an hour from when we placed call, and corrected the problem very quickly. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Will never call any other plumbing company again!!! We had a plumbing emergency in our new home with 5 people unable to use any water . After several calls, 1 company out, and 1 no show, we still had no results. Roto rooter sent Devin out after hours at 11pm and He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, got us up and running in no time!! I seriously will never waste my time with anyone else again.

We are fairly new homeowners dealing with a septic system for the first time, and on Friday afternoon we had toilets that gurgled when water was being run elsewhere in the house and then one of them overflowed. After making numerous calls and getting nowhere because no one had a plumber available on short notice, I called Roto Rooter of Murfreesboro and they sent out Ralph who diagnosed and fixed our problem in short order (clogged main line) and also gave us lots of useful advice about septic systems. He was great and I thought the price was very reasonable. We are very appreciative of the service and the great response time.

I had a leak under my home and I called multiple plumbers. No company could come out same day except for roto rooter. Brad showed up 2 hours later. He didn't hesitate to crawl into my crawl space and find the leak. He had it repaired with in 30 minutes showed me pictures and explained I may need to repipe my copper pipe in the future. I will 100% be using roto-rooter from now on and, if he is available, will request Brad

I called this company at about 3:30 in the morning and they quickly responded back. A very nice lady named Rita spoke with me. She said she could get someone as soon as she could. A gentleman named Brad ended up arriving around 8:15 am. He resolved the issue rather quickly. I am so happy with this company for their quick turn around as well as for their customer service.

I can not highly recommend them enough! I had a leak in my wall. I called to inquire about someone coming out to look at it and she immediately said she would have someone there in 30 minutes for no charge! They were right on time and fixed it on the spot for a FRACTION of the price i was expecting it to be. They were incredibly responsive and friendly. I was having water heater issues after they left and they were back the very next morning to fix it. They looked at the water heater, tested it, and reset it completely free. Their willingness to make sure i had everything covered was great. I will continue to use them as long as i own a home in the area.

Tyler came to my home to service my gas water heater that wasn't working due to a bad pilot. He was able to get it repaired right away at a minimal cost. Day after Christmas my House started backing up. Called the main line who told me Tommy would call. Tommy called and asked a few questions and said Seth in the area would call. Seth called and was on location within 20 minutes of my first call to the company. Great, respectful, and fast service. From the time the problem started to the time these folks fixed it was under an hour and half. If you’re plunger won’t work—call them.

December 20,2023 I was driving home and saw a rotor rooter van pulled over in front of two house at 100 Forrest blvd in Tullahoma TN. The young man was very brave stomping out a large grass fire in front of two homes that did not have a garden hose to be found. I pulled in behind him and call 911 fire. I wish I was not handicap I would of got out to help him. I told him I was very proud of him. He saw trouble and did a very good deed for the two home owners. I really feel Rotor Rooter hired a very good young man his name is Brad B. I believe the fire was set on purpose because a mile down the road going towards Arnold Air Force Base, right across from Arnold golf course was another fire on the grass and it was in the trees when I passed by I pulled over and called Fire again. Let them know there was a bigger fire across from Arnold golf course. Kudos to you Brad you have good values. Rotor Rooter is lucky to have you. I think your work should buy you a new pair of boots. For being a Hero. We need more good people in the world.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Brad arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. He was very professional. He took the time to explain the problem thoroughly and then fixed it. My water was back up and running in no time. The cost seemed reasonable as I thought I would need a new water heater but he fixed my old one. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the repair.
