John was a great manager for the project. Worked well and efficiently with the subs and the insurance company. I was very thankful that he oversaw the project and that he made sure that those who were doing the work did a great job. We were very pleased with the work.

Arcus handled my water damage from the clean up to the rebuild. Greg was amazing, he was available to answer all my questions and I had a lot. No matter the time or day Greg responded. Everyone they sent was on time and absolutely professional. If your in the Antioch area Arcus Restoration is 5 star service.

Arcus restoration team are professional and polite. They were on time and called before they got here. They take great care when removing cabinets and countertops. They also clean up well. Team monitored the situation daily.

This was a great experience for me all things considered with having to move out of my house for two weeks to have my floors repaired. Matt my project manager was great at communicating with me and following up on items. This company made everything seamless for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to do repairs.

Amazing! Sam kept all appointments and showed up a day early to protect my new front yard and cover plants. Crew came in tore down and installed 40 squares of shingles all in a day. The product is rated well enough that State Farm provides an annual premium discount. Win Win

I have used Arcus for two restoration projects and both times quality work was performed in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with them being in my home when I was not there. If needed, I would use their services in the future.

Molly, the Cordinator and Nathan, the project manager was always available when needed and went above and beyond. Always very professional. When my refrigerator leaked to cause serious damage to my floor, I was worried who would help me fix the problem. Thankfully my insurance company contacted Arcus!! I had the pleasure of meeting some informative, helpful, and patient individuals. Nate, Molly, and Stephen walked me through the entire process. Thank you team!!

We had plumbing burst in our home and made a huge mess. The Arcus folks did a great job putting our home back together again. Special thanks to Nathan and Molly for the great work keeping us informed about the complicated scheduling and managing the different work crews.

ARCUS did a professional, guality, and trustworthy service. The associates were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer friendly while producing a quality finished product. The support staff were outstanding in providing updates on sequencing and scheduling tasks that supported our input and approval. Their coordination with our insurance adjuster on our issues was outstanding! Best I’ve ever dealt with during a nightmare disaster.

Arcus is one of the most professional and accommodating companies we have ever used. It’s unbelievable how fast and efficient they are in identifying and implementing a plan for our bathroom issue. Matt was our go to guy and made himself available 24/7 which was necessary for this time sensitive project. He was very knowledgeable about the required repairs and was meticulous with his assessment. Then Jaylon was dispatched the very next day to start preparations and begin water damage treatments. Like clockwork, Jaylon came by every day to ensure the project was progressing on schedule. Without question, Eddie was the super star on the team. As the on-site repairman, he went far and beyond what was asked or required for this repair. We were so impressed with Eddie’s knowledge, skills and precision. 100% satisfied and would recommend Arcus above any other option.

Sam Wright was our Project Manager. He went above and beyond from day one onto the completion of our roof replacement. Dates and times were always met. The quality of the product and labor was outstanding. I hope I never need another roof replacement, but if I do Sam will manage it!

For those who have experienced water damage to their home, it can be a stressful endeavor. Matt and his team were very communicative and responsive during the entirety of our remodel. Matt went above and beyond what was expected from a contractor and put our stress at ease. If you're considering or on the fence about using Arcus for your needs, DO NOT HESITATE! You will not be disappointed with their services. Arcus has earned a lifetime customer for any future needs should life throw another curveball our way.

Our insurance paired us with Arcus once our builder completely screwed us. We went in with a bad taste and were already upset about the repair project and everything involved. Nate quickly turned that around. He jumped in immediately and hit the ground running. Molly kept us up to date with every single appointment, arrival, and timeline from day one until the final inspection. They took care of flooring, drywall, trim, paint, and even cleaned up after. That part of the house was cleaner than the day we moved in!

From the beginning to the end, they we responsive to all questions and kept us informed more than daily what to expect all along the process. I was given Arcus's name through my insurance company after our home was damaged by a tornado. Sam Wright was the Arcus contractor for my home, both Sam and Arcus went the extra mile to take care of us. With the amount of new building in Nashville I feel very lucky that Arcus was selected to help my family. Thank you for the hard work.

Next step John Mathis stepped in as the project manager of the renovation. The people he brought in were meticulous laying the floor and the painter did a great job with installing the trim and painting.
