I'm a maintenance supervisor at a small property in Nashville and I'm the only maintenance guy. I normally do my own HVAC and electrical work, but in the summer I often get overwhelmed and just don't have the time to cover all my calls. These folks are professional, and know what they're doing. I can call them and know it'll be taken care of and that's one less thing I have to worry about. I would suggest Wheeler to anyone in Nashville looking for an honest HVAC or electrical contractor.

I'll preface by saying I DO NOT TRUST any freelancers, but these guys are AWESOME! I had Joe and Austin come to repair my AC unit. The communication was great, they gave an hour heads up that they were on the way. They are honest and their prices are fair... They have great customer service, I even spoke with the owner and he made it a point to ask if I was happy with the service...

Next time I need any HVAC work, I'm calling Wheeler again. GREAT SERVICE!

I could not possibly have a better review to write for a company! We called Wheeler an hour and a half before they closed in total desperation as our heat had stopped working that day, we had a newborn at home, and the worker from another company we had called that morning failed to show up. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone who said she was going to call all of the workers that were already out working to see if they could get someone out by end of day. (I was just hoping for the next day!) She called back maybe three minutes later and said that technically the repairmen had finished the day but given the situation, they were going to make sure to send someone anyway and that he would be at our house (which was not a short drive) within the hour. He was here in 40 minutes and had the heat back up and running in under an hour from when he arrived. This is the kind of service that you hope for humans to want to give and you certainly hope to receive. We are SO GRATEFUL!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Scott and Elijah went above and beyond to get my heat going . The other companies I called were just trying to sell me a new unit and as a single mom I appreciated their honesty. They have my business for life .

We've used Wheeler for countless repairs, but the most recent one was for our front sign at our community. Tony was friendly yet professional, and completed the repair quickly. We will continue to use them for all of our needs. Wheeler is the BEST!

We have used Wheeler two times now. Once for our own and today for my daughters unit. From the time I called in and talked with Lori, Scott and Eli and Chris coming out to fix her air it was all great! Chris went the extra mile to find the leak and repair it (which a previous company didn't want to find). They are all so nice, courteous and respectful. I'm so glad Chris didn't get stung by the wasp! Thank you all!

As someone who moved to Nashville this year from FL, I have definitely had work by a number of A/C services—yet, WHEELER, INC was by far *the* BEST!!! Last Friday Davis & Andrew arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues quickly, explained them clearly, fixed them completely, and took some extra steps to ensure the situation could be avoided in the future. I am soooo glad the new ownership & mgmt of my bldg selected them. Besides their obvious skill, I also appreciated their professional & courteous demeanor…

I was without A/C for eight days during this last heat wave. Wheeler is the contractor my apartments uses, so they came out to check the unit when it broke. Their first check revealed that the unit's compressor was fried. They ended up coming out Friday morning, when they could have a crane to move unit. I wasn't expecting them to come, but they came an hour early and told me they were getting my A/C done no matter what. They did this knowing there was an 80% chance of rain... They are some stand up guys and gals! Not only did they get it done in one shot, but there has been zero issues since they fixed it. The guys that worked on my A/C were Adam, Andrew, and Nick and they did an amazing job. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them for any A/C work you may need. Thank you guys again!

We live in an apartment and the AC unit was over 30 years old. Nolan and Elijah were the men that came to the rescue!! They were able to properly replace/fix our AC unit in a reasonable amount of time. They were very professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Wheeler Inc. did an awesome job replacing my AC system! Nolan and Elijah were very professional, it was a long process and they made sure to keep me informed throughout he process. They were respectful, making sure my cat didn't dart out the door and even sweeping the debris from the old unit! I would highly recommend them for any job!!

After four different companies/ technicians, numerous quotes for an HVAC system, and five months without heat/air I was referred to Wheeler by a close friend. I was greeted with care and concern for my situation and the responsiveness to ensuring my children and I had heat was heartfelt. The installation was prompt and professional. I was thoroughly instructed on how to use my thermostat, and when all was complete the property and unit looked and operated very nicely! We’ve had multiple issues with our thermostat (property management company installed them incorrectly and ignored us) but Wheeler has been fantastic. Once we were able to communicate directly with Wheeler, they were prompt in solving the problem and considerate . They took care of business quickly once they understood the problem and Mark has been fantastic. Mark has personally helped us twice now and he’s always professional and pleasant to be around. I do not know all that I can even say, or express into words how helpful, beneficial, and amazing Wheeler Inc has been to me. I live in a community where we have a flat roof and got their recommendation from some other neighbors back in 2020. They have been nothing short of amazing, completely tore the roof out, down to it’s foundation and rebuilt it. Once a year since 2020 and in the years prior before me, knowing about this company, I would have my roof inspected annually because it is a joint roof system with other people, but we are each responsible for our own. I can say with the utmost confidence that anytime I have called, especially after the windstorm and the tornadoes in 2023 and just asked once they were no longer busy if they could come and inspect the roof to make sure it was OK, they responded. Add in the January 2024 snow/ice, and when I called them again due to some major water intrusion, they did not hesitate to respond. I have not utilized any of their other services, but I can say that if they are this responsive when it comes to taking care of their customers, such as me and situations like this, I can only imagine how they would be in any of the other services that they provide. A lot of people will come in and as soon as they do a quick job for you, ask you to go in and do a review. At no point in the four years, have I ever gotten a text message, call or an email from this company to ask about completing a review for them. So this review that I am doing is strictly after almost 4 years of having them maintain a flat roof for me. If you are looking for a company that will take care of you, take pride in their work and take care of their customers then Wheeler Inc. is your company. Thank you to the owner, and everyone employed everyone who has helped me these last four years.

I’ve been waiting on warranty work now for 11 days in this heat and I haven’t even had so much as a phone call. I don’t know about you but this really isn’t someone I want to do my work. Your choice. Choose wisely!!!

Scott and his team worked until 3am to get the job done. When they hit a snag and needed to wait until the next day, they were back early and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running.
