I hit a wall trying to troubleshoot an outlet I had wired for an over-the-range microwave that kept shorting out. Last Friday, I called a handful of electricians before Hometown Pro. The owner, Jordan, was a standout. He was incredibly kind and communicative. The following Monday, the technician, Bobby, was able to trace the problem down another path on the same circuit and finish installing the outlet. What I had going on up there was a mess. It’s nice and clean and fully functional now. He was punctual. He was professional. He was so friendly we ended up chatting after the work was complete. It was an all around great customer experience. Next time we need an electrician, we’ll be calling them again. According to Bobby, their expansion into the Bellevue area is relatively new. These guys want your business, they act like it, and they deserve it.

Dakota was the electrician that was assigned to me. His skills need to bottled up & sold. His customer service is @ the top of the list. His people skills are excellent. Hometown Pro came to our aid in getting the wiring completed on our new house since the original contractor "Discount Electrical Service in Murfreesboro" walked off the job after they completed the rough-in. I contacted Jordan and explained to him the situation and needed immediate attention to evaluating the situation, provide a quote to complete the work and to schedule the work as soon as possible so that we can move into our house as it was delayed by the previous contractor. Jordan came over immediately and evaluated the situation and proceeded to schedule the work. Bobby came over quickly and started the work. Bobby was very experienced electrician and work diligently in getting the remaining work done. We had a lot of bad wiring done by the previous contractor and since the house was sheet rocked, Jordan and Bobby came up with some great solutions to minimize the cutting and patching of sheet rock. In summary, thanks to Jordan, Bobby and Dakota all the remaining electrical work was completed, and we were able to pass inspections and obtain our occupancy permit. So, we highly recommend Hometown Pro for all your electrical needs, and we are sure that you will be pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail.
