Two strikes. They didn’t Have the breakers that I needed, and the sales rep at the front counter didn’t know a thing about them.

Amazing service especially the new guy

I’d stand clear of this place. They found the need to harass a person the day after a thanksgiving holiday. Called there before I arrived and asked if they had some supplies. They said yes. Got there and they couldn’t find half of what they said they had and what they did have was trash and wouldn’t anyone want trash on the side of their house. So if your a cash paying customer your trash to them. You have to be accepted in their click and have an account to get the supplies or be treated nicely. They know they got you where it counts if the big box stores don’t carry what you need.

The item I needed was a special order item. The person working the counter ordered the wrong item the first time. After the correct item was ordered and delivered they charged me a 25% restocking fee for the incorrectly ordered item. No amount of discussion with him or his manager got them to waive the restocking fee when the incorrect order was their fault. I will not return.
